I sat down with Regina Jaquess. She is the current Women's Slalom World Record Holder. We talked about her career on the water and in the pharmacy. We also discussed her workout regime and how she got to be the best of the best. Regina also talked to me about her fondness for other sports and of course the icon, Michael Jordan, being at the top of that list.
