  1. try another ski and see how it goes i had few problems when i had one similar weight and size am on a senate now
  2. yep 14mile to the river 50 to the dam have been a lot further but have done a trip to the murray river 750 return
  3. that rope looks like new i would use it but if its the only one your got i would get a new one anyway always carry a spare in the boat.
  4. at your weight i don t think i would go any wider than a senate and the 19 senate is a great ski .i have a 16 senate graphite its a good ski but my young blokes 19 senate graphite is a different shape and a lot better ski
  5. i have a 2016 71 senate graphite when i got it felt like i was riding a boat(brand new standard settings) i moved the fin forward almost as far as it would go and and up livened the ski up made it turn better am happy to use it now.i suggest playing with the fin if your not happy with the ski note i am not a very good skier compared to most people on here but adjusting the fin worked for me
  6. i am with Rednucleus i had a tiumpth same shape had all sorts of trouble with starts at first as well.am on a 71 senate now much easyer

  9. am going to ski behind an outboard ski boat my ski buddy got will be interesting to see how it goes instead of using my boat all the time
  10. thats a lot of money you can get wakesetters for less or a lewis for 130000 less that will still ski good in australia.wonder how much the mastercrafts prostars sell for
  11. just had a go on the 67senate graghite of the young fellas yep i can see why it gets rave reviews great ski and i am way to big for it
  12. its been to hot in dubbo nsw for every thing but watersports and the water at burrendong dam is getting to hot.that looks like a nice spot
  13. thank goodness he is happy with this ski did not mis a start today and had fun. is a little big for him but he s only 5kg under the recommended weight so should be perfect next season.one of my mates had a go on it also he wants one now he loved it.
  14. got him a 2019 67 senate graphite will see how he goes tomorrow .looks like a nice ski
  15. all went well today with the young fella and the radar vice he likes it now with no wing on it .he looked good on it to so saves me buying a new ski.
  16. he s sking at about 30 mph was thinking a radar 65 tra but the way hes growing it would prably be to small next season am in australia
  17. am going to remove the wing on the 66radar vice to hopefully make it a bit easier on him is there anything else you can do to make a ski easier on the body.he s 137 pounds so ski should be big enough i think.will see how he goes this weekend.he looks good on this ski but will get a 67 senate if he keeps complaining
  18. am getting a ski for young bloke there both about the same price would you be better of with the new shape senate or the better core.he just come of a radar tra and has a 66radar vice but he wants something a bit easier on the body.
  19. i am with ScottScott try a smaller diameter handle worked for me anyway . Gave me a stronger grip and better on the forearms
  20. i don t use a wing but weigh 250 pounds and only ski at 32mph have a radar senate 71 inch felt like i was riding a boat standard settings removed the wing moved the fin forward and up .its a great ski now but at faster speeds and short rope lengths i would put it back on i think i get out of control then
