  1. I've seen Than's videos of him running 35', not pretty. Everyone gets hurt, time will tell if you have what it takes to come back at the level you want OB. But I'm betting betting on you. Marines don't quit, engineers over think it. To miss that many 35's in a recent tournament and whine about ringing your bell shows me Than doesn't have what it takes...Fantasy Ski League I select OB, even if he's on injured reserve!!
  2. @bhs, I hear what you're saying. Im into the Big Dawg too. Love the Series, and the Format, and the skill level is huge. I don't think it could get much better or more entertaining!! If there is a very small disappointment, it's not only the skiers special relationship with ski manufacturers, but to the entire water ski industry in some regard. Mapple, Seth, Chet, Todd, etc work IN the industry. That, as well as the obvious, most of the top finishers are (were) Pro Skiers. All legit and within the rules, but I like the idea of a nobody, back yard built skier as well. Regular skiers like the rest of us, that work up to 12 hours a day behind a desk that never had an Open Rating before. For lack of better words, "Regular Joes".
  3. Than you are killing it on the Nano. I watched your last video of you skiing, do you have any new video with you on the Nano to share with you running those 38's? Thanks in advance.
  4. I disagree jdarwin. So the guy who wins Nationals or Regionals or State grabs his gold medal and then watches some dude rippin' 3 or 4 more buoys than the champion could ever dream about skiing around and the champ says to himself..."dang, that guy is way better than me". BS!!!! The guy with the gold wants everyone to compete to know he was truly the best on that day, not the best of the chumps that decide to pay $160 in entry fees, $450 on airline ticket, $60 on a rental car, and $115 on a hotel. He wants to beat the best of everyone, not just the rich guys.
  5. With 12 skiers in the Mens 3 division competing at the Southern Regionals, is Nationals even a good cross section of the best skiers in the Nation? 12 skiers from one of the strongest regions in the nation. It somewhat takes the nation out of Nationals if you ask me.
