I sent a couple suits to O’Neill during the winter of 2018/19 to have them repaired. Excellent service and reasonable pricing. Had a new zipper installed on an Assault dry suit, and had an Assault BLP 3/4 spring that they retaped and replaced a couple shoulder panels. They also sent me a bottle of neopreme repair cement. Btw both suits have about 25 seasons on them now.

Just go an O’Neill Impact 4/3 for cold water swimming. If it works as well as the Impact 2 ml shorty it’s gonna be good for skiing too, down into the low 50’s. Also got the O’Neill 2ml beanie and Thermo X shorts and shirt to layer under the suits.

When I was skiing at 34mph I did the -22 at 32mph opener for a short time. My coach at the time, David Spencer convinced me to go back to -15. Now I’m skiing at 32mph and start at -15. Imo it’s better to keep the speed and timing the same if possible.

If you like the ‘03 KD’s you may want to check out the TFactors, or call D3 or Wiley’s about having yours refreshed. And, I think new KD co. has something similar to yours.

The ‘Iron Man’ tourneys back around ‘95, ‘96 were fun. 1st round slalom at Johns Pond in NJ, then ~20 mile bike ride to Twin Lakes NY for the 2nd round of slalom.

I just ordered a new set of dbl Vapor Carbitex boots from @perfski . I mount them on an aluminum Sequence plate.
