When ZBS (zero based scoring) came into play I listened to my body and went from 34 to 32 to soften the impact on my whole body, and to continue having fun running some passes. I haven’t had any new issues with the wakes. I’ve skied a lot with a now Mens 9 skier who I saw go from 34 to 32 and now to 30mph. He picked up a full pass after going to 32mph, switching from a Monza to a slightly wider TX Superlite, and has avoided major injuries. He starts at 22 off and doesn’t have any troubles with the wakes.

Kind of a blend, closed facing the shoreline, open facing the boat/down-course.

I train behind two boats with PP stargazer. Both owners installed it themselves. When I skied behind boats at tourneys I used the B2 setting as recommended by people on the dock. I didn’t notice any difference behind a MC or a SN with ZO. I ski at 32mph into -32 on good days.

How can USA customers pay?

I want a print subscription. Are they available? @waterskination

You may want to look into the 68” D3 Evo-s or Evo Axis.

There’s a showering rule now. That should clean things up :)

Musicians Bonnie Raitt and her brother Steve were pretty good competitive skiers from Minnesota in their younger days.

@swbca I’m a novice when it comes to adjusting a fin so I just got got a nice looking D3 caliper from @perfski .

I always liked the look of this one Stejcraft https://us.v-cdn.net/5017617/uploads/editor/7n/m1mogimnf7s9.png

The video was awesome! Some of the comments sound like a position / direction tracker embedded into trick skis could be one of the next innovations. Would that drive or diminish interest and viewership in the discipline?

Hopefully have fun figuring out how to use my new caliper and angle gauges from @perfski so I can set up my ski and make some incremental improvements on the water with the help of @twhisper at https://www.trainwithterrywinter.com/

@DavidN that’s the best set I’ve read about in a long time. I can’t say that I know how you feel but we share in your grief as my wife and I lost two loved ones this year also. Time eases the pain and happy memories start to find there way to our hearts. Best wishes to you and your family.

YRF and @waterskicorey nice job! Thanks

Conversely, do we expect any recreational/athletic pursuits to cost less in 2021?

Don’t forget the latest celeb’ skier that we’ve learned about @DAKERS (professional accomplishments way to long to list) !!!

Yep, pretty sure those guys did some skiing at the Cape with the Kennedys way back.

Another gem. Good chat. I agree with @Luzz on the pro efforts -tie together established events in Europe, the Americas, Australia, and others, make it a tour with easy to read cumulative points/scoring and winners, and have TWSBC fine tune a 60 minute finals and highlights web/broadcast. Also agree on the recreational accessibility piece. You guys should build the business model then go on Shark Tank to get the funding to build 10 or 15 more Okeeheelee/Aquatic Parks across the country and develop a carbon neutral tow machine.

Call @perfski . They can help you out.

@The_MS that was a remarkable game at the Met’, the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat. Officiating has come a long way since then. https://m.startribune.com/dec-29-1975-drew-pearson-s-hail-mary-catch/81598612/

@lpskier at that age we were just getting started. The boat rotation included a 13ft Boston Whaler with a 20hp, and 14 MFG Corvette II with a fat four 60hp (44 on the Airguide). @6balls in a few more years the fleet included a couple classic trihulls, and a Glastron GT 150 with a 115 Johnson, hell of hole shot and walked a little 52 on the Airguide B).

Great job @DAKERS and @Chad_Scott
-
@perfski has the D3 calipers on sale.
-
Glastron GT150. Almost no wake and no spray.
Is 30mph easier on the knees because the water is softer ?
