  1. I just got one for my birthday, but haven't tried it out yet since it is a balmy 5 degrees here in Ohio.
  2. I use Valvoline VR1 40w in my GT 40.
  3. @MitchellM, if you are coming down Mantee Ave. from Bradenton, right where is narrows down from 4 lanes to two lanes, if you look south, there is a course sitting right behind some big houses. I have never seen a ski boat on any of the lifts close by and no one using the course.
  4. @bdave6er, I go down to that area every year and I have never seen anyone using that course.
  5. How do the Carbitex bindings fit, do they run large or true to size? I am between sizes, I wear a 7.5 shoe. I always size down for snow ski boots, but wasn't sure what to do in this case, since the smallest is a 6-7. Thank you!
  6. I really appreciate everyone's insight into this topic. My anal retentive self filled my model year 2001 SN up with non-ethanol fuel and added stable to it, I would rather be safe than sorry.
  7. @Kelvin thank you, that is my train of thought, but I was having a discussion with a few members of our club and they were the other train of thought it doesn't matter as long as the fuel was non-ethanol or had stable in it.
  8. Good Afternoon All, For those of us that have to winterize our boats, wanted to ask a quick question. Is it best to store the boat with a full tank of gas, either non-ethanol or stable added, or does it not matter as long as the fuel that is in the tank is either non-ethanol or has stable in it? I have heard it both ways over the years and was just wondering what is best. Thank you,AJ
  9. Trophy Lakes near Charleston is about 2.5 down the road.
  10. Thank you all for your responses. @JayG80, thank you that is what I was thinking. The rust is mainly located on the fenders, the running gear isn't showing much rust. @jhughes fortunately I do not have to travel far for the new one. I am going with a loadmaster trailer, which is custom trailer manufacture that is about 20 minutes from my house. @Hockdog, two reasons. First is a space issue in my garage. Current trailer does not have a swing away tongue, which I need for the space in my garage. Next I have started trailering the boat to our summer place which is a bit of a hike from the house and it makes me nervous trailering the boat that far on a 21 year old trailer even though the running gear appears to be in decent shape, never know what is lurking where you can't see. I have always kept it serviced, but after a incident that I had with my truck and the boat last year, the hitch that was bolted to the frame of the truck rusted through at the welds and it snapped off while trailering the boat back to storage. So the unknow things you can't see, internal rust, has made me a bit uneasy with the trailering the boat on a old trailer long distances.
  11. Good Afternoon All, I am possibly replacing my trailer that is under my MY 2001 Natutique. The current trailer is an Eagle. Overall the trailer is in decent shape, bearings, brakes, and bunk carpet replaced within the last year. Anyone have an idea of what I might be able to get if I decide to sell that trailer? Just trying to get an idea of what I might be able to get for it before I list it. Thank you, AJ

    New Trailer

@PatM, thank you, that is what I am hearing. I live in Northern Ohio and there is a large trailer manufacturer, loadmaster, that will custom make one for me, which I am leaning towards, but wanted to see what all my options are.
