Thanks everyone! jfw432...I looked at the rack you're thinking about. One question though...can you turn the clamp so it is vertical and not horizontal? On my swoop tower, I would need to clamp it to the vertical. Best price I've seen though!!

Thanks everyone. So I'm getting the feeling most would not want to put their skis in a rack. Does the rack holder scratch or damage the skis? Again, I am totally new to towers.

Am looking for a water ski rack for my Skylon Swoop tower. Do you guys have any suggestions? Am new to towers and would like to put two of our "double booted" skis up instead of in the boat. Thanks everyone for your help as I am a total newbie to towers!

Just saw the Strada handle does not come in 1.00...either .940, 1.062 or 1.100.

Hey guys...thanks! We don't have a ski store around that I can try the sizes on. I'll check out sports authority and see if they have something in diameter that's close. Am looking at the strada handle.

Mediums...they're tight and the fingers are a bit short but don't like any looseness that causes blisters.

So I ended up choosing the '12 Strada ski and boots...thanks everyone for your input and advice! Now I would really appreciate your help and input on handle size. My approximate hand size (using a craftsman tape measure mind you) is the following... palm to middle finger 7 1/4 middle finger 3 1/4 circumference of mf 2 3/4 Thanks again everyone

Hi all, New to Radar and am going to purchase a 65 or 66 Strada but need help and guidance on decisions. The 2011 or '12? I know the 2011 stick is killer but should I get the '12 and why? Can save a couple bucks on the '11 which is always good but if the '12 is what I should get...then that's what I'll do. Am 5'10 167 size 10 foot. Have been skiing a 65 lately, and a 67 when I was a little heavier. Am used to Animal boots but my feet do cramp up a bit... gotta admit. So the other decision is Vectors vs Strada boots on my new 65 or 66 2011 or 2012 Strada. WOW! Your thoughts and advice is greatly appreciated my friends!
