  1. Just wanted to give a shout out to HO sports and their excellent customer service as well as give others the chance to post about their experiences as well. I have the HO EXO Pro bindings and snapped the plastic clip off the front of the rail system. I called HO and explained them my situation asking for a new plastic clip as well as a back up. A week later, I received a package from them with a brand new rail system. It was this years model with now metal clips. They definitely went above and beyond my expectations! I hope you guys have had similar experiences. I will recommend HO to anyone looking to purchase new ski equipment.
  2. Thank you guys for all the input! I've had 3 sets on them so far and have come a long way from the beginning. I am beginning to like them however still getting used to the major increase in response and efficiency. Look forward to the transition journey!
  3. What have been you guys' experience with going from soft shell bindings to hard shell bindings, generally speaking. I know boots like the Strada and such can be classified in the middle. Today I went from Wiley's wraps, which I've been using for years now, to the HO Exos on my Radar ski. It felt like I was on a completely different ski! Any experiences or information on the adjustment process would be greatly appreciated and I am sure would be beneficial to many more readers out there as well! Thank you!
  4. Wow, thank you for the info! I was really hoping to get a few pictures as well as the water temp. I can do some research from here with the names provided! Thank you!
  5. Hey guys, I am trying to put together a project for an engineering class about Nuclear power. Of course, I wanted to mix in a little skiing with it and I remember Waterski Mag having an article a few years ago about people skiing in a lake that cooled Nuclear Reactors. With a foot of snow on the ground, the water was still relatively warm enough to ski in. Anyone have a link for this or something like it? Thanks!
  6. Thanks guys! We ended up going to Scot Ellis and Kiwi Eades place in Orlando - Fluid Ski and Sports Definitely recommend the school to anyone looking to go down south. We had Kiwi all we and he is a GREAT coach.
  7. Thank you guys for all you help. All the input has been greatly appreciated. Our research starts now and I will be sure to let you guys know where we decide. Any other comments would be greatly appreciated!
  8. The Miami University ski team is looking for a location to spend their 2012 spring break. We have not traveled down south very much and could use any input or information you guys have. We are looking to bring 10-12 people and are thinking that we may want to do a lake/boat with no coach due to the fact that many of our top skiers are trying out brand new equipment. Our break is march 4-11. Thank you guys for your help!
