@Chef23 I figured that was the answer, I was just hoping I didn't have to touch anything because I have an uncanny ability to mess up the most simplistic tasks. I'll verify and run the Rossi numbers.

I snow ski race, enduro moto race, criterium bike race, mountain bike race... I used to road race motorcycles but that is expensive. HAH I wonder what would happen if I focused on one thing. (probably get bored)

+1 to @crashman The amount of information I get from this site is quite frankly beyond my comprehension. However even as a long line skier I don't feel alienated here. So I thank you John and to all the others who make this forum what it is.

I can't wait for that feeling! There are 3 things I have found that limit my severe reaction to first set blues... 1. Ride my dirt bike 2 days a week all winter (works the back,shoulders and helps my grip and arm pump) 2. Snow ski at least 3 days a week, 4000 ft of skinning/climbing min 3. Ride Mountain or Road bike at least 100 miles a week. Now in order to do this you must be single and hate watching football :) I also live in Southern Oregon where I can do these activities in a relatively moderate climate :) I am hoping to get my first set in this week, shooting for 15/34 lol

@TonyRossi Many of us are cross sport athletes :) 14 year veteran ski racing coach here. Regardless, you have skills.... very worthy of every vote we can muster.

Lurker here... but as a long time coach I must say the professor used a lot of words to state what I say on a daily basis. Practice does not make perfect, practice makes permanence. And I am +1 for Ginger
