Put the puller on and tighten about as tight as you can get it. Get a propane torch and start heating the prop. Be careful, when it gets hot enough it will pop off with a loud bang and the puller will go flying.
Not sure why you wouldn't have time to change the wind.
In Normal mode - When you exit the gates you should get a time displayed and then Head/Tail selection.
In Tournament mode (press up arrow/down arrow at the same time) - You should get a time then be able to +/- to desired wind adjust.
Never saw a three outlet heater.

When you winterized you need to take the hose off and run RV antifreeze through the heater.
It will last much longer.
