  1. The one on my 2017 weighs 62 lbs. I would think they'd be the same. They look just alike.
  2. I'd be curious to know exactly where you're going to put it. I might consider that myself.
  3. I would suggest an HO Wide Omni (not carbon). The regular version would have more flex for rough conditions.
  4. Awesome (from Dollar General) and a scrub brush. A bucket of clean water and a rag to wipe it off.
  5. I just bought a 67 Wide Carbon Omni and have skied on it twice. For reference I weigh 190 and the ski is designed for 200-250 lbs. Turns incredibly and turns are really smooth. It will turn way quicker than I need it to. Skiing 30 mph, 15 off.It is the easiest ski to get up on I've ever used and I've had quite a few. So much so I had to get the driver to back off on the throttle. If there's a downside it does seem to bounce a little more across the wakes and I really have to keep it on edge. It may be due to being under the weight rating.I had a 69 Carbon Omni 2 years ago and really loved that ski. Probably should have kept it. Also rated 200-250 and I weighed 200 at the time.
  6. It will definitely cause a noise in the strut bearing. I just had my 2017 Prostar with 213 hours aligned. No idea why it was out so bad and so soon. One thing you can check. Look under the boat where the shaft comes out of the boat. It should be close to center of the hole. Before the alignment, mine was at the bottom of the hole and it is centered now.
  7. I've owned 3 nautiques and a have a MC now. Between those choices, definitely Nautique.
  8. 67" HO Omni or Carbon Omni. Weight range is 150 - 200. Great ski. Highly recommend.
  9. @Mastercrafter Thanks! Which way would you recommend? Another question... there are 4 screws in the floor panel. Are they holding the floor panel or is it just laying in there? On my Nautiques in the past it was just laying in there. Also looks like the fire extinguisher has to be disconnected. Is there anything special that needs to be done there?
  10. I also need help / suggestions for removing the motorbox. I don't see a way to disconnect the hinges from the floor panel. Something I read somewhere else seemed to say to leave the motorbox connected to the floor panel.
  11. @Gloersen when this started a couple of weeks ago, I checked the prop and it needed tightening and the cotter pin was missing. I tightened the prop and it seems like it stopped for a while but the noise started again. The prop is still tight.
  12. @BraceMaker I could be wrong, but I don't think it's the shifter but I will check those things you mentioned the next time I put it in. Thank you.
  13. On the damper plate, what would be the solution there?
  14. 5 mph then clicking into neutral. Boat has 207 hours.
