  1. Specs are fixed guys - it was an error on the backend - same specs as 2022.
  2. @mbabiash Content Creators / Agency / Shameless Plug --> blackoakcreative.com
  3. @ScarletArrow MasterCraft is producing the same amount of ProStars in 2023 as they did in 2022. Potentially more. MasterCraft's commitment to tournament skiing hasn't changed and will continue to be an integral part of both the company's legacy and future. :)
  4. @Lakeefect you should have been approved just now. If you have any issues or still can't get in, please let me know.
  5. Little bit more information here in the press release :) I know it doesn't really affect the ski community, but it's still fun. Video here if you want to hear the supercharger (at the end) MASTERCRAFT BOAT COMPANY AND ILMOR MARINE ANNOUNCE THE RELEASE OF THE WORLD’S MOST POWERFUL TOWBOAT ENGINE With 630 horsepower and 665 LB-FT of torque, the all-new Ilmor Supercharged 6.2L is the world’s most powerful towboat engine - found exclusively in a MasterCraft. VONORE, Tenn. (February 16, 2022) — MasterCraft Boat Company, a subsidiary of MasterCraft Boat Holdings Inc. It is the best of the best – an engineering marvel. We look forward to future achievements with the Ilmor team, and together will continue developing products that push boundaries and strive to exceed consumer expectations.” “We’ve been eager for this day since we started first developing the Supercharged 6.2L,” said Paul Ray, President, Ilmor. “This entirely new powertrain represents an extraordinary level of power, performance and refinement, something we at Ilmor recognize as a huge industry advancement.” Moreover, Ray was thrilled to take on this endeavor with MasterCraft. “First and foremost, we value the ownership experience, whether that be through our engine performance or our constantly improving customer service. Companies that share that same principal are precisely the companies we like to collaborate with, something we saw in MasterCraft from the very outset of our exclusive partnership in 2011. We are thrilled to introduce this exciting new engine in MasterCraft’s latest line up of boats." Ilmor has been an active and respected marine powertrain manufacturer since 2002 and has been the exclusive engine supplier to MasterCraft Boat Company since 2011. The Ilmor Supercharged 6.2L Engine is scheduled to begin production in Spring 2022 and will replace the current 7.4L MPI model offering in MasterCraft’s 2023 model year boat lineup. 6. @Mastercrafter If I recall correctly, I believe from a tax/ gaming/ rules standpoint the raffle wasn't a feasible option so it had to be an auction. But I hear ya! It is soooo pretty. AND a 6.2L :)
  7. @Clydesdale little play on words -- "Let 'er Rip" often used to imply doing things at full-speed.. Also used as a phrase to tell the boat driver they're ready to go.. I think the intention is to encourage girls to "let 'er rip" and relentlessly chase their goals with no hesitations... Using the word her to signify it's directed as a female empowerment campaign ...Maybe that's what they mean by it ... But what do I know :)
  8. Bojan (my husband) has been wearing his Whoop for over a year now... and always wears it skiing. He can ride 90 miles on a road bike with serious elevation and still have a higher strain after a single jump set. Really interesting to compare the metrics from skiing to other forms of activity. With his athlete programs, he adds them to his Radix team so he can monitor their recovery, strain during skiing and during his programs, etc., and then adjust their workouts or mobility stuff accordingly.... It's helped my dad (59 years old) identify things that hurt his recovery / performance as well -- like if he has more coffee throughout the day he will see a dip in his recovery that night. I guess the Whoop just provides more insight / data to allow you to make tweaks in your training, recovery, sleeping, eating, etc., to help you feel your best. I have one as well but seeing my activity get less and less with pregnancy, my recovery get worse and my strain get higher just sitting around was depressing me so I stopped wearing it until after baby girl is born. :)
  9. @CollinSpradlin they're up! :) Adjustment guide: https://www.connellyskis.com/2021dv8adjustmentguide.html
  10. Posted this in the other thread about product predictions but thought it might be relevant in the thread about the DV8 and VersaTail. I'll let @JoelHowley answer any technical questions here but in the meantime, his video is quite insightful to the thought process and development and then consequential performance of each tail piece. And if you only take one thing away from this video, let it be Joel's passion for skiing. My goodness! :)
  11. @ironhorse that is still the old design a boat .... hang tight. :)
  12. @swc5150 the Standards and Options PDF is available at the bottom of the page under the resources section (directly after boat gallery and before the lifestyle images) https://www.mastercraft.com/prostar
