  1. If not in Sesena, Spain, any chance Sunset Lakes would host the 2024 +35 Worlds?
  2. Yes, skiing short line can be done after total hip replacement surgery. Had a total right hip replacement surgery (my rear foot side) in August 2014 at age 57 and resumed slalom skiing in March 2015. Began skiing into 39 1/2 at 34.2 mph/55K again by early summer. Skiing short line can done after total knee replacement surgery too. Coincidentally I have my one year follow up appointment this morning with my orthopedic surgeon who did my total right knee replacement surgery (rear foot side) last October 20th, 2021 at age 64. Resumed skiing in March 2021 and began skiing into deep 38 off again at 34.2 mph/55K by early summer. I turned 65 this past July and now acclimating to skiing at 32.3 mph/52K and I am skiing into 39 1/2. Still skiing at 55K too. Definitely can't use either joint replacement as an excuse for when I don't ski well. When that happens it has nothing to do with my joint replacements so don't worry about not being able to get back to where you were!
  3. @Jibbo I have been trying to get an iPhone 5, but not having any luck finding a new iPhone 5 to purchase. However, my wife has an iPhone 5c. How well does the iPhone 5c work with Wakeye? Has anyone else used the 5c with Wakeye? If so, well did does the 5c work with Wakeye? I am considering trading phones with her if the 5c works well with Wakeye. My wife did say the 5c has less memory though than the iPhone 5. If so, would having less memory w/ the 5c present an issue?
  4. @Jibbo Just trying to catch up on the discussions surrounding which iPhones work best w/ Wakeye. The Wakeye app has stopped working on my iPhone 4. From what I've read, it appears that the iPhone 5 works quite well w/ Wakeye, and the iPhone 5 is compatible w/ Coach's Eye. My iPhone 4 was not compatible w/ Coach's Eye. I can update my iphone 4 to an iphone 5 quite inexpensively which is a priority currently as I am still putting my youngest of two kids through college. The oldest is now in grad school and its on her dime. However, I don't want to update to an iPhone 5 and it become obsolete in the near future due to an update of the Wakeye app. Do you foresee the Wakeye app staying compatible w/ an iPhone 5? Thanks in advance for any feedback you can offer me!
  5. Chris, In your post regarding set up #'s for the Strada, you said, "For toe loop skiers, the boots go 1/8" more forward and the fin moves forward 0.005 and less length by 0.005." If you would, please explain why the front boot for toe loop skiers should be an 1/8" more forward, and the reason for the different fin settings for D.O.T. and fin length.  Thank you in advance, Doug Rooker ÂÂ
