Tried to use my go pro for the first time and its in the drink! I attached the mount about 6" in front of my forward binding. I made 2 passes , it was fine. At the end of the third pass it was gone. Was this a bad place for it? I think it probably fell of on the deep water start. Wife gave it to me as a gift, so she's not to happy I lost it the first time I used it. Doubtful I can find it. I may just buy a new one, and tell her I found it !

I've been working with Wakecraft Boats ( wakeboard specific ) here and there since 06. Help selling boats , boat shows etc. of course hoping to get a DD made. Well in collaboration with Calabria , they will be bringing back the barefooter and a DD but using Wood free construction , modern electronics including ZO. Will keep them Barebones shooting for $35k new. There is a red and white barefooter almost complete. I will post updates and pics soon.

I was ticketed for a portable under. " obstructing a waterway " He actually sat there and watched us ski it for about an hour and then pull it. It wasn't until we had it packed and on our way out that I got stopped. So he was cool enough to let us finish I guess. He wasn't so cool to ask if we're drinking. It was barely 8am! Must have gotten waterskiers confused with fisherman.Ticket was thrown out in court. Judge could not understand what a slalom course was. Just said don't do it again.

popped my eardrum on a failed tumble turn attempt years ago and pretty much gave it up. I found course skiing shortly after and now its maybe once a year on the bridle off the boom up and back the ski lake and that's enough.

Sold both my home I lived in and my rental, and living in a rental now. Not buying a home till I find the right place either on a ski lake or semi private . plans were to move out of state, but wife ain't having it. Gotta stay in Cali. I'm kinda over the Sacramento area, to be honest I don't like most of it other than the area I live in. But its hard to beat, great skiing, close to Tahoe and San Fran. I would like some info on Canyon Lake. Weather, wining, dining, schools , commuting, etc...

Anyone have a good step by step process to change out impeller? thanks !

That was complaint with my lxi. Felt like I was sitting on the floor. I simply used a throwable cushion for a boost. The flip up was too high. My next solution was getting a Nautique ! Lol. Looks great hope it worls for you

I'm right around where you are skill wise, I run my 28's here and there and have taken a couple swings at 32. Have been pretty much stuck here for a few years, but it's do to lack of skiing. This year is looking good for more water time. Anyhow, I would never consider eliminating red and orange. I have actually even started slowing the boat down for my first passes. Maybe consider taking your second set tournament style. This is what I have been doing and it gives me more time at 28, but still gives you 3 "easy" passes to get dialed in on. So what I do is go out 32mph, 15, 34mph 15, 34mph 22, then off to 28.

Pulling a tube on a ski lake while providing a fun ride for the kids is a challenge in itself. Avoiding the bouys , shoreline and islands!

Tube will not plane out at 10 mph or less. Won't be doin much spinning or turning. Just dragging !

i beg to differ, that boat has a horrible wake, who ever thinks its close to a 200 is crazy. boat is unstable, wake is huge and spray bad. i was hoping for the best as this boat would have made a great compromise for the family. its definately not ! it behaves really weird at high speeds , almost crabs and chine walks. do not like it at all! i will say that this boat was the air nautique 200V i tested . maybe some added weight with the tower and empty ballast system , stereo and such made it worse

fricken wind wont stop in Nor Cal. weather has been unstable. Been out 3 times, open water. no course time yet. Slowest start ever.

paperboy, then got a job at a movie theatre working the popcorn machine and snack bar. loved working the popcorn machine, I would push it to the limit to see how much it could produce in one pop cycle. only was supposed to do one small box of seeds and one push of the oil. I slowly kept upping the quanity. end result was machine could only handle three boxes of seeds and two and half pumps of oil. anymore would burn the popcorn. i was able to complete my popcorn for a Saturday bags quicker than anyone else! got to watch lots of movies on break, favorite was Christmas Vacation on the big screen!

I don't have this problem , but was wondering , if one could set up a 4 bouy course with overlapping 6 bouy course, how short can you go?? 1000 ft? Whos' got the shortest lake?? LOL
