  1. You can read the hours with Diacom. You can also see hours split out by rpm band. It is amazing the high percentage of hours on ski boats spent at idle. (Well over half)
  2. The rope switch timeout is on the countercut, not the cut to the ramp.
  3. The course doesn't need to be mapped for the switch to work. I would test the switch with a multimeter to make sure it is working. Then make sure the clear white plug where it plugs into the boat is making contact. Those connectors get worn and stop making contact. You can use an ice pick to close up the female end of the contact a little bit.
  4. The plastic covers break at the mounts a lot, but the purpose is not safety around the belts. They were put on to prevent water ingestion into the front air intake.
  5. I would change the throttle box again, they have a high failure rate. (undersized diode burns out) Send the old ones back to Livorsi to have them repaired and keep them for spares.
  6. NCWSA should eliminate the one season out of competition for transfers and encourage the skiers to immediately transfer to other schools, even if an online remote course. Or... what does it take to charter an online university titled !%$#* Iowa state:)
  7. Put a small adjustable wrench on the bracket next to the hose and bend the bracket down.
  8. As the driver I always take the hit. Heck, it probably really is my fault anyway. Unfortunately I am also frequently on the receiving end of this as well especially after a knee replacement.
  9. I totally agree with the comments on the fantastic production by TWBC. To me this is by far the best entertainment available to watch. I really appreciate the hard work that the entire crew is doing to put this production on. For instance, they all had to start before the 7AM tournament start to get ready and worked until after 11PM last night when the Americas Cup ended. I certainly could not talk non-stop for 16 hours! I just threw a few dollars out to the go fund me link and I encourage all others who are enjoying the service to do the same. HERE is the link to save you from searching above:)
  10. @ski6jones The newer D3's have an extra set of front inserts now, not sure when they started adding them. The Ion I bought last year had them. When I ordered my new Denali a few weeks ago I asked if they could add the front inserts in the same place as D3 and they happily bult them in when they made the ski for me. I am very happy with my MOB double boot system as I feel it is the safest system made. It has never pre-released and has released a few times when needed, one of which I feel would have been a serios injury with any other system. Since I had a total knee replacement over the winter I am particularly cautious now. Since I started using my MOB system three years ago a couple friends who come to my lake to ski with me have also switched over and are also very happy with the system. One uses double boots and the other uses rtp. We are all using the Radar boots with them. I am the only one with last years boots, my friends have both purchased the new Radar's. If you don't have the front inserts in your ski and don't want to add some, double stick tape works fine, with the only downside being that it is a pain to make binding adjustments. I totally agree that you do not want to use MOB without the extra front inserts or double stick tape.
  11. Mine was rear knee 12/17/21. Skiing the course on jumpers late April, slalom ski late May. I have been pushing hard for flexibility but still nowhere near what it was. It is REALLY hard for me to get up without enough rear knee bend, as I have to get up with both legs fairly straight. Once I'm up, no issues. Minimal pain from replaced knee. I would be fully back up to my normal if I wasn't being so cautious. My main goal this year is no crashes.
  12. Well, I would have been happy to give you some pulls in St. Louis..... but my boat will already be at nationals.
  13. @skierjp Bring it up to Nationals and there would be twins!
  14. Certainly not exclusively, Nautique is covering all MO tournaments. Two last weekend, this was yesterday...
  15. The Denali is significantly easier for me to get up on, seems to be less effort running passes as well.
