  1. i'm a fan of closed bow and prefer it, that being said if not a closed bow I would prefer a stepover to a full walk thru

  3. @akale15 dude do what your hearts wants you to do, this is the only truth. Some of the wealthiest men may appear to be happy on the outside because they have everything, however on the inside they are actually very unhappy because most of there decisions are made with reason instead of feeling.
  4. I saw this to, my old elite has this and I really think it helps the tracking and turning. From the article though it seems it is now geared towards wake shape.

@tfriess while I wouldn't quit school I would definitely play any sport I could in high school, I played one sport in high school and really regret not trying others.
  13. Like the black windshield on the carbon pro didn't like the shiny ones they did have.
  14. @skoot1123 you are partially correct a calorie is a unit of energy therefore if you do not give your body enough energy, calories, then it uses stored energy, fat and muscle, to keep you going. Everyone has a maintenance calorie level, this is the calorie level at which calories in = calories burned, this level is varying and can only be estimated, in order for you to lose weight your calorie intake must be less than your calories burned and vice versa if you want to gain weight. However creating to much of a calorie deficit is not recommended, also working out does increase your calories burned which in turn raises your maintenance calorie level. A general rule of thumb I use is no more than a 400 calorie deficit in either direction of your maintenance level.
  15. Lowered carb and fat intake while keeping protein intake the same or slightly increased, all while eating under your maintenence calorie intake for the day (This is the hard part) will equal weight loss with only slight decreases in muscle loss.
