  1. Maybe the 20i was a better slalom boat but i doubt it. I have to tell why we won't ski his Tigé,no brand bashing just the truth. Wake is ...big,hard as a brick wall at all line lenghts. He is a 28 mph longliner that can't run the course yet and is 140lbs wet.He simply get airborne at every crossing. I'm a mid 35 off@34 skier and 190lbs and not a very technical skier but still get to my 3 ball @ 35 off every day and the wake at 32 off is the worst wake i ever skied behind any ski boat. Holeshot is terrible as you drag for ever (Mercruiser 320 ? ) handling is lacking and tracking is worst. 18 years ago,i was the first indboard on my lake. Now with many new ski partners who all asked for advices when buying time came i will give you the same advice i gave all of them: stick to the big 2,Mastercraft and Nautique. Or 3 if you're Malibu guy. Edit:And i didn't even talked about built quality... Edit 2: Lots of Tigé in my area as there was a dealer 20 minutes from here with many lakes around.
  2. What kind of skiing do you do? I have a 94 190 and one in our group has bought without asking anyone, his first ski boat:a 21i 98 or 2000 can't remember cause we don't use his boat.Ever. We ski in the course only.
  3. Niece and daughter, guess you're not stopping in Vegas...
  4. When it comes to a course survey,i would only trust the old fashion way...
  5. Only 3 skiers above 3 @39...Were conditions good? Don't see Rodgers's score...

  9. GoPro are quite cheap and we get very decent results with a Ski-Doc Orbit.
  10. I'm a mid 35 off skier. According to another thread,375$ would get me 3 half hour session with coaching from Wade Cox. I just don't see the ''major machining '' in those .Only a couples of minutes on good CNC . I do see the ''major craftmanship in your skating boots ,just not on those hollow plates. Good luck! It is shitty to be copy by others, guess you didn't patent those hollow plates?
  11. @gsm_peter Man,good luck! Tried the Clinchers with dowels a couple years ago.Brand new gloves. On the second set on a normal fall, the dowel stayed hooked to the handle pulling my arm violently in the process.Wasn't hurt but no more Clincher gloves ever for me,even without the dowel! Good luck again!
  12. Without any doubts, nice workmanship...but 375$ for a hollow plate seems steep. Is there any benefits other then weightloss? (wich most not be a lot i think ?)
  13. Also good work from the announcer who was working solo! ( ...a BOS member?)
  14. That light blue Mastercraft is really classy looking. The early 90' light blue was not to my liking but this one is nice!
  15. And since it's on Youtube ,you can go back to the beginning. Brooke Baldwin was skiing early and it's worth it.Good ski from Whitney too.
  16. Bump! Someone mentionned ''lucky shorts'' in another thread and i remember this thread. @DW so, pics of the lucky pink underwear? :o
  17. Guess the dog isn't allowed in the whirlpool...
  18. Company is so small,i thought you could talk to Nick Parsons directly...
  19. Yep,great tournament @Luzz ! Great webcast @TonyLightfoot and TWBC crew!
  20. Must have been around 52-54k if i remember right...
