  1. Nah, I wouldn’t say that. I just feel a bit more connected through the back of the turn.
  2. I have 4 rides on mine now. Its very stable and forgiving. Feels like it rides deeper than my XTM when it’s rolled up on edge. Also has that snappy and quick Goode feel. I would guess you’re going to see quite a few of these on podiums next year.
  3. I don't think there are many out in the wild yet. Mine will be here tomorrow and I was told that I was one of the first on the list.
  4. What's the exchange rate right now? $1US to $1.4AUS?
  5. I tried one a couple years ago, was too stiff...…..sent it back. The best suit I've found is the BlackTech Skin, which I believe is actually a triathlon suit. I've worn it in 43 degree water. My hands were frozen, but my body was fine. I've also tried wearing a neo top, with the arms cut off, over my suit. That helps keep water from getting in the zipper and seems warmer.
  6. @raynard_io Regarding your mindset question, these are the books that I would say have had the biggest direct impact on my skiing. What to Say When you Talk to Yourself by Shad Helmstetter Outliers by Malcom Gladwell The Inner Game of Tennis by W. Timothy Gallwey Burn Your Goals by Joshua Medcalf and Jamie Gilbert Chop Wood Carry Water by Joshua Medcalf Extreme Ownership by Jocko Willink and Leif Babin Toughness by Jay Bilas Man's Search for Meaning by Viktor E. Frankl
  7. That kid is an animal.....and skied his tail off to win that trophy! I can't remember how many matchups he went through, but it was at least 4 or 5, and that was after skiing 2 rounds. He crushed us old guys! The Broho gang really know how to make tournament skiing fun. And when the event was done they were all over my promo boat with rags, wax, and interior cleaner.

Does anyone have settings for a 67 T3 that they're in love with?
  9. Yeah, I have zero throttle control. I tried 4 different versions of the Flextail/Rev6 this spring and couldn’t ski on any of them. I have a 66 XT that feels stiffer than a rock and I love it!
  10. Hey Justin, when I swapped my 03 SN over to ZO a number of my gauges didn't work either. I had to move a few of the wires around within the plugs that connected to gateway box. It's been so long ago I can't remember which wires had to be moved, but the Inboard Solutions guys helped me figure it out and eventually I was able to get them all working again.
  11. Not sure gauges are any better. I had a ZO head unit and a gauge cluster fail in my 13.
  12. My wife and I have skied in our 2mm titanium Camaros down to 43 degree water a couple times. Its not terrible, but I was ready to get out after 5 or 6 passes. We have a hot tube about 30 feet from the lake, so that makes it more bearable too. We picked up a couple of the 3mm suits to try this winter. They advertise them as a semi dry suit and they seem really flexible......we'll see?
  13. It looked like it was a unique shape and thicker than a normal wing?
  14. I just picked up one of the new Blacktech Skin 1.5 tops. It's amazingly warm and stretchy, just like everything else they make. I also bought one of their Titanium 3mm full suits but won't get to try it for a couple months. I'll report back if someone is interested.
  15. Put grip tape on the top of the spring plate as well. Then put 1-inch neoprene washers (2 on each bolt) between the boot heal and the spring plate. I've done this to about 4 or 5 sets of Powershells and it works great.
  16. I'm told that it was really a nice skiing slalom lake at one time. I think they even held Western Regions there.
  17. I'm with you Wish. Mine is on it's 3rd year, but I'd buy a new one every year if I had to!
  18. I wish they'd bring back the 2mm titanium suits. They were even better!
  19. yes, it was surveyed by a rated technical controller and found to be record capable. His comment was, "this is one of the most accurate courses I've ever surveyed". As I mentioned before, my boat is the only one out of 5 or 6 that does this. my previous boat was mapped once and was perfect until I sold it 3 years later. crazy, I know! I've been racking my brain for 2 years trying to figure it out.
  20. yep, did that. The only course in the memory is the one we're skiing on.
