  1. Looks like I was 1st to take the video coaching from @Horton, the platform was really easy to use and it wasn't long before I got a 10 minute video back from him, it was straight to the point and I have a couple of things to go away and work on, I am sure I will use it again later in the season, it's always good to see new innovations like this on BOS 👍
  2. I use this app and had contact with Paul a few times when he was developing it his contact then was paul@paulsantangelo.com It still works on my old ipad and my iphone13
  3. Glenn Campbell will be skiing if not injured
  4. Is there a list of qualification requirements/standards for the for the 35+ age groups?
  5. I checked my iPhone 13 on iOS 17.2.1 when this thread started and Fin DB V3 worked, my phone updated to iOS 17.3.1 last night and it still works, it could be as simple as rebooting your phone
  6. We always have them live at the lake, if I have to travel home during the event I will watch what I missed when I get home thanks to TWBC
  7. Definitely no excuses for me now apart from I am ancient but to think that this was done on a 5 year old $300 ski that he found lying on the dock and borrowed the rest of the equipment proves that we only set our own limits and that Joel is from another planet
  8. Monday January 1st 2024 air and water 40f, 80s snow ski outfit with no wetsuit underneath (not me😁)
  9. I have had both of mine done a few years ago but from memory it was about 4 weeks but you will know yourself, when you don't feel pressure in your eye when you bend down you should be fine, it's all about not bursting the stitches and opening the wound you will be told not to bend down to tie your shoe laces for the first couple of weeks.
  10. Looks like it could be a 3@41 cut and maybe a massive run off to make finals.
  11. @chrislandyNo, if you read my post again he ran his 28mph pass, he was also given the option to take his next pass at 30mph but if he failed to run it his score would have been 4 at 28mph, a lot for a 9 year old to take in.
  12. It's the only kind of tournament they run in the UK theses days🥵
  13. A 9 year old boy skiing in his 2nd ever competition recently ran a pass at 28 mph 15 off, he was dropped at the end and told sure path was out of tolerance so he had the option to run it again or accept 4 buoys at 28mph he opted to run it again which he did but my question is why he had to, as far as I know sure path or any other system is only advisory at this level and no disrespect to the driver or officials but a 90lb boy is not going to make much of an impression on the boat path of a tournament ski boat at this speed or line length, but having to ski a pass again through no fault of his own is going to leave a lasting impression on this young skier, common sense should have prevailed but it seems it didn't.
