  1. Am I missing something here, I can't seem to find any results from the Western Regionals at Laku? They usually updated upon completion of each event.
  2. I did the same thing on a deep water start in Florida in May 2009. Damaged my SI joint. I was able to ski a couple weeks later but its still messed up. I got injections last year which really helped. I actually did stretch, but my back was hurting from my sleep the night before. I was only awake an hour or so before I was on the water. I should have warmed up, loosened up my body more.
  3. She is heavy into crossfit and doing really really well. I think that is her focus right now, hopefully she will be back skiing soon. She will be in great shape when she does.
  4. That's so cool Russ! Great looking boat and lake too.
  5. Richard, great video, thanks for posting. Sweet February 1 ball at 38, doubt I could even get there right now! Thinking about skiing this next week, temps getting into the 60s. Hope you and Rob are having fun up there!
  6. I saw Terry Winter several times this summer at tournaments, he actually had some stuff written on his ski and one of them was "Level shoulders."
  7. Here is Kim's Nano One with a Terry Winter custom made ski skin http://i8.photobucket.com/albums/a44/Bohdi/photo_zpsa661c876.jpg
  8. @Steven Haines, I am of the opinion that products need to be proven through tournaments. If a product works, you will see it at tournaments. I also put weight on what pros or Big Dawgs use as far as equipment. I don't see the exo's, that speaks volumes to me.
  9. Todd Risto said he is also on a Nano One, but its got the 9960 top plate and the Nano twist graphics.
  10. When I looked at it in the sunlight, I saw it was a 9960 top plate, as it had the indented triangle on the tip where the "SL" would go. But the graphics were from a Nano.
  11. I agree with Doane, plus it does make edge changes quicker. One benefit is that it does better in rough or choppy water.
  12. Not less than a 1/4. Would be 1/2 if she got over 1,3,5 buoy line, but hard to tell. Its close.
  13. @slalomboy96, yes they are all like that
