  1. I have a 2010 200 6.0 I changed the coolant liquid a few times: I disconnect the expansion tank entrance hose and put it on a bucket, then with the boat running at around 2000 rpms I fill the expansion tank with a different color coolant, when I see the new color coolant entering the bucked I stop the process.
  2. Great documentary, thanks for sharing. Really sorry for Chad, he did not deserve that.
  3. I have a 2010, 200, 6.0 with the same amount of hours, had a failed trans the first year, PCM sent me a new one right away. The engine is still perfect and I think it will last more years than I will be able to ski. Best boat I ever had by far.
  4. Thank you all, our 200 does not have a heater or shower, the water in the bilge is not warm, also did not see any raw water leek in the cooling system when cruising. I will check underneath and all the other suggestions next Wednesday. Will also take the rear panel to have a better look at the tank area.
  5. @jpwhitThank you, the hydrogate screws are fine and I did not find any muffler leeks, is it possible to get water in through the rudder port?
  6. @Gloersen Thank you, in that case I would see water getting in when cruising, correct?
  7. Getting water into the bilge, approximately 2 gallons during a 2 hour ski session. Boat has about 2500 hours, 6.0 closed circuit cooling, not loosing cooling liquid, do not see any raw water leeks when cruising, axle is fine with a fews drops per minute, thinking about the rudder port, any ideas? Thank you in advance!
  8. Nano One with Andy’s signature, I bet it is the only Goode with his autograph.
  9. It is great for surveying, for driving unfortunately it does not work on our floating courses as any small breeze moves the course centerline a few centimeters making readings useless.
  10. I use reflex since 2010 and love the system, with more than 2000 sets, I would not trust the release mechanism attached only with 2 screws, specially on my Goode.
  11. @JuanJ - way to go, now you've got I nice engine, my 200/6.0 is still running smooth at 3000 hours, you still skiing 36? Check the link bellow, it says 654 or 1868 if a little heavier. https://acmemarine.com/pages/custom-fit
  12. Do yourself a favor and buy a reflex / r-style, it will be lot cheaper than the hospital bill
  13. Thank Rod, great tip, I have been struggling with my on side forever, noted recently that when starting the turn with my hip I end with a more controlled and efficient turn.

  15. https://acmemarine.com/pages/custom-fit For 7000 feet Acme website suggests 1231 - 13x11 (0.08 cup) I used to ski with a Malibu LXI 2011 at 4500 and our prop was 13x10.5 (911), lot better than the standard 13x11.5 (525). We choose the 10.5 because we only ski at 34mph, for 36mph I would suggest the 1231 (13x11).
  16. It was supposed to start at 8:00h, I can’t find the link neither.
  17. You will find the correct link clicking on JEFF SWAIN´s name in the top left

  19. Rib - 3x, Achilles tendon 1x, Jaw 1x, many other small concussions. Considering an estimative of 10.000 sets in the last 35 years I guess I am pretty lucky

  22. Our lake water is very corrosive, I imagine due to the iron rich soil, on our 4 floating courses I first used galvanized which last about 5 years (the clamps go first, then the cable), stainless is the way to go, it has been on the water for more than 10 years without any rust sign.
