What Binding Hole pattern does Radar Skis use? Is it the same as Obrien skis?

I just got my RS1 too the fin #'s that Rossi gave me for the 67" w/rs1 binding are: 17" to the back boot 2.505 6.849 0.765 9  horton what hole are you using on your plate? w/rs1 bindings?

What are the adv. and dis. about a soft mid or harder flex skis?  I ski in 85 summer water and 70 winter...
