  1. I am going to move to NYC and I am trying to find a place to ski in the area when the weather gets better. Anyone knows what kind of options one has there? Thanks
  2. Had them for one season, while new they were very good, after a while the cuff started prereleasing and I was always loosing the rubber washers (without them they dont work). The problem was always with the rear boot therefore I assume if you use an rtp no problem, but then again I also believe that if one uses rtp there is no better system than the reflex.
  3. it is expensive, but it's worth every €
  4. Is there any place near new york city?
  5. It is strange there is no size chart for the A2 out yet. I want to switch to A2 from A1 but I am reluctant since I am not sure of the size ski I should go for.
  6. Roger thanks for the update. Keep us posted
  7. and what about your fin numbers?
  8. Anybody has fin numbers? It is amazing the official site has nothing
  9. Anyone knows a place to ski in Singapore? I am gonna be there for a few days and I thought why not, but I don't know of a place.

    HO A2

Is it going to replace the A1 or is it a line extension?

    Skiing in NYC

Thanks guys, anymore options? or is this the best and look no further?
  12. For those who live in NYC, where do you ski? Is there a ski school type of set up nearby? Thanks, I might need to relocate there for a while, hence the question.
  13. Anyone has the Hyperflex rear boot with the E-series? How does it feel?
  14. skibug, E-series is an option. The advantage is that it is lighter over the standard FM system, (they claim the lightest, I don't know about that) but it does not offer the simultaneous release that the standard system offers. Each boot releases separately (the cuff releases in fact) much like a rubber boot. I use the standard FMs for years now without any problems, however one must be extra careful installing them properly, otherwise pre-release issues may occur. The weight of the standard FMs is an issue, but not a big one imo. I believe the first question anyone has to ask is if you want a simultaneous release or if it is not that big deal for you, then you select the system that best caters for your needs. If I was not worried about that then I would probably go for skitech - rubber combo, because it is important to me I opted for FMs QD6, other options in this category are Goode powershells (have pre-release issues, but are very light and responsive) and the Fogmans (I have seen them failing many times so I stay away, never tried them myself)
