when did m3 nat record become 4, i thought ben ran 3.5? Bruce is absolutely correct, it is a totally different ball game running big scores and doin it at nats when a title is on the line,

Tgas ran his in a run off so it doesn't count for a record (unless he ran it since then and i am not aware) but he did still run it so it does count just not in the books.

JD's lake is only 10 minutes away from champion lake and skis much better, there has not been active skiers on champion in over 6 years. Not sure if there is even a course there. Use of the lake would probably be very expensive to undertake, i.e. site cleanup, site prep (new course), site rental (no active skiers and no reason to use lake for tournament other than monetary gain), but i can contact a few individuals and see what if any possibility, but it would be a long shot.

I hope someone could talk JD (Cottonwood) into putting in a bid for a qualifier next year. Top notch conditions, hospitality, coordination and plenty of local entertainment for all.

JD host's the best tourney's, top notch. It was unusually windy for cottonwood and there were still a bunch of pb's, (9 i think) awesome weekend.
