  2. @Rednucleus I am 42 ... no injuries and the only health concern is being overweight
  3. I need some serious help please ... What would be the best approach to get into shape for slalom free-skiing? It has been a few years and a whole lot of extra lb's since I last held the handle, what should I focus on (apart from weight loss) to get into shape for slalom? Any specific workouts or excersises would be great! Thx
