  1. I don't suppose anyone has a multi line display lying around? Looking for Digital Pro/Wakeboard Pro gauge. Can't be version 3 or later, need earlier than that. DBW would be ok as Perfect Pass say they can change the connector if required. Cheers!
  2. I did a 97 Bubble back 2 years ago. A fair bit of work but not that hard to do. Almost every part is still available including all the decals. Carb was a bit off (bad rebuild?) but a QFT M600 last year took care of that. Still a few jobs to do (see PP Digital Pro display issues elsewhere) but that's half the fun! Still to complete: Searching for a Digital Pro PP display due old one fading out. Getting fed up of straight through exhaust so looking for a 97 hull hugger muffler Stereo Install 1 Tracking fin bent Electrics need a bit more fiddling Smell of fuel when turning - no sign of venting from tank so a complete mystery. Brace removable rear floor panel which is spongy (bit of delamination in panel) Wake, as suggested above, is exceptional.
  3. I read the same solution that @dw speaks of but I've tried the conformal coating route and saw no difference unfortunately. I'm not course skiing so upgrading to SG makes no financial sense but since the boat had PP installed when I bought it, I'd like it to work and the speed control would be handy (though not essential). I've got the 2nd Airguide available to reinstall if required but I'd prefer to get the PP working again if possible without spending a fortune. I'll try to get the serial number of the master module asap to establish if it is Version 2 or Version 3. I restored the boat 2 years ago (Masters 97 TSC) from almost dead to almost showroon so it's frustrating to not have everything working as it should. Many thanks to all for the advice!
  4. Thanks but sadly I've tried that. It starts off just legible, flickering/fading in and out until the electrics warm up then the display fades away completely. I've tried drying it thoroughly and sealing the PCB against moisture but it isn't any better. Data on screen seems correct when legible so am assuming that Master module is ok. I've emailed PP but they need the Master module serial no to establish if the display can be replaced without an upgrade to Stargazer but boat is currently in hibernation so will be afew weeks until I can get that info. Easiest and cheapest solution will be to find someone with one of these sitting in their garage!
  5. My display is fading in and out badly and is mostly impossible to read. Has anyone got one of these displays that they'd be happy to sell? Many thanks!
