    @Horton The octane rating is the fuels ability to prevent pre-detonation, a higher octane can withstand higher compression before self ingniting (pinging). Octane number dosnt create horsepower some higher horsepower engines demand the higher octane because of compression ratios/timing. If your boat dosnt ping/pre ignite before the spark, putting in a higher octane is gonna do fuck all no matter how short your ski rope is lol.

    @igkya have you checked the steering wheel end my housing had cracked making the teeth in rack and pinion have lots of backlash, also does your rudder have much up and down movement?because I have had that drop about 30mm on mine which could put your tune tab in a different spot of the prop. Don't file anymore off your rudder cowboy haha.

    @Charliesav7 in no pro but I have been given the same advise which I noticed you are doing... stop looking at your spray start looking across the wake that helped me get up more on the ski too as looking back puts a lot of weight on the back foot too.

    Would the everyday course skier 18m/16m line 55kph feel the difference between The different cores of radar graphite, lithium,probuild and other brands carbon cores? Also if skier weight is in both of 66inch and 67inch recommendations Which size to choose?

    I read the manuals for 9.12 and 9.2 because PP told me there were no differences and like mentioned above 9.2 comes out with rpm inverted. I punched in some data from the spreadsheet and went out for a ski had some PB's then when I drove my mate realized that that course wasn't mapped but man it felt like a good pull so maybe the zbox being at 14 and kx + was what mine was missing all along also set at inverted rpm.

    I've got v 9.12 with zbox and perfectpass said this.... There are not really any major changes from version 9.12 to 9.2. The Practice mode layout changed slightly and a few other minor changes to the default settings. But as far as control goes there was no change to Slalom mode. @aupatking yeah my 01 locks in speed fast as but course times aren't lookn or feeling good did you play with background settings on the 97?

    Thanks @Windsurfnut was just about going to make a file to get some data too. No worries @jpattigr your seasons ending while mines kicking into gear down here in New Zealand. Just fixed voltage drop issue aswell so that might help will add to that document if any improvement.

    @Windsurfnut @jpattigr I'm trying to dial In my zbox on my 01 196. deffinatly dosnt feel like the modern mastercraft zo. Would be good to see both your background settings please might have different engines but could be a good start for me

    @Lieutenant Dan would you be able to get the settings off your mates 196, I have a year 2001 196 I have just upgraded to stargazer zbox v9.12 aswell and trying to dial it in.
