  1. If I could just do this once it would be nirvana. I can’t run 35 that clean and not often
  2. Touchless boat covers are worth it. You get more time. Your boat last longer and has better resale. It is a no brainer IMO
  3. Well done we need more of this. Send links to your friends who ask you why you ski so much and love it.
  4. Ceramic is awesome. It’s not that hard to do. If you can find time to do your own repairs you can be a ceramic pro
  5. My vote is RTP. I did double bindings for years but see so many pro skiers are on RTP I made the switch. I really like it better. You can really almost kick you foot into the RTP under water and it is just as secure. Just do it!
  6. Touchlessboat covers are very tough. Mine is 20 years old and everything is original. I like it so much in Fl I put one on the Outer Banks if NC for an X46. The one in Fl is for a Prostar. I was skeptical it could handle OBX weather especially with it being so large but its been amazing. Its easily seen 80 MPH gust and it does just fine. I did add clips all the way around 4 on each side. Its needs to be down in the wind or the crevices retain water.
  7. Action Watersports in Orlando area jumped right on it and got me done in a few hours. Fully covered warranty. While I waited I swapped ski ideas with Aaron Larkin and was in and out in less than 3 hours. Had my ski with me to ski at lake crew but enjoyed talking to Aaron and taking a few works calls and was skiing that evening.
  8. Yes it’s seems like a warranty coverage but it seems crazy to have failed at less than 200 hours and was wondering if there is just a seal or does the entire assembly have to be replaced. I would rather be up and running if it’s a simple seal vs wait for 2 weeks for an appointment. Have other seen this happen?
  9. The raw water pump is leaking between the black triangle mounted to the fly wheel. Does this require an entire new raw water pump assembly or is there simpler fix. 2021 Prostar 6.0 less than 200 hours. thanks
  10. Very cool. Many large yachts are made overseas in Poland Africa and other countries were labor cost would be lower than here. While I’m not ready to switch from our 3 brands it could be an alternative and give us more pricing options
  11. I’d go with an outboard before the I/O. I had something close to this Glastron and I loved it back in the 70’s. But the DD are hard to beat as everyone is encouraging you. When I got back into skiing I worried to about water depth where I lived. I ski on a shallow water way and at my dock I have less than waist deep water. I now have a X46 5500 lb. Wakeboard boat in addition to a Prostar I dock here. It u are careful u can navigate shallow water
  12. My vote is ur first choice silver metallic. I had a silver metallic boat many many years ago. It was one of my all time favorites
  13. We’re all motorheads. Plus it’s enjoyable most of the time. Like the guys above I’ve done about anything u can think except rebuild a motor. But I replaced on with a new block.
  14. Water Ski Cancun is legit. I skied with Scott Smith a few times and he has several courses on the bay side of Cancun. Great guy good instructor but older boats.
