The flightcraft barefoot/DD models will be re designed .Loosely based on the old running surface .This boat is not going to be targeted at ballers . They already have wakeboats on the water .

My ski partner from years ago would get it bad after skiing almost every time . I got a hint of it yesterday. I rarely take allergy meds as the side effects are worse than the allergy itself .

Boat seems less and less appealing to the masses

This my opinion and mine alone. The closed bow ski boat market is too small .You think we private lake skiers are the whole market for ski boats? You are so wrong .Dyna ski proves it .That Nautique will do well with you guys. Will the average Joe ,weekend wally skier buy it ? Maybe if he makes more money than has, sense. Line length selection for shortlone trough and adjustable plate ? Seriously!!! Who outside of course skiing could give a rats ass. I think this boat just priced and techd out the general public . That boat makes no sense to the average joe .If we want to segregate our sport even more. nautique nailed it. MC did a good job giving us a boat tournament worthy and weekend wally worthy.

I can make one for far less than that with custom paint. My cost is around $50. I can sell these all day long for $299 . $599 with trailer.

I got mine last year for that plus tax. Not base model .

Small hint of whats coming down the line .

I personally know of one in the works that will be closer to that price point . First version will be an outboard geared towards barefooters. The DD version will soon follow. The OB version is scheduled to be complete by May. I may swing by factory today to see status. Sorry no pics yet.

The grey sea deck does look better. IMO this boat would be a winner and appeal to me alot more if it was an open bow , teak platform , minimal sea deck on gunnels and fully upholstered engine box. As it is now it looks like they made the boat out of the stuff! Not that my opinion matters as Iove my 17 Prostar and dont forsee a new boat anytime soon.

It seems silly to me that they would make such a large bow , but not offer it open .
