    I don’t think things are going to change as long as new boats stay in the ridiculous price range. A lot of us buy boats out of state due to price or what we want, however people in states like I live in (Idaho) people don’t want to drive to get boats so they pay more money and buy them here. There is always the buyer that loves the boat and will pay the money for it not wanting to shop around.

    Kinda reminds me of the FXi. Deeper response hull except for having a V-drive instead of DD.

    At those speeds 69” for sure. If you are going to be at 32-34 a 67”. I am 6’3” 200lbs and ski a 67” at 34. I have ran 32 MPH on it tho.

    10 miles to the private lake, 100 to the big lake we usually go to, 600 miles to bullards bar this year, 400 miles to crescent bar also.

    2013 is a bigger boat. LX was lower and smaller. In 2012 Malibu did move the engine forward to help with this. I have a 2009 LXi and a little weight in the bow compartments and you are good. I do have some load on the rudder as well. Either way they aren’t going to drive the same at all.

    You have to watch how you wire it. Make sure your remote wire is not making the amp constantly draw current. The way mine is wired it was drawing too much and throwing codes because the coil wasn’t getting enough power. I had to add another battery into a dual battery switch.

    I think people actually go somewhere else besides the waterski lake. And have an open mind, and surf or board. We load our Response up and surf on the big lake. My tower looks really good on my Response also, and gets the Bimini up so I don’t have to duck.

    @Stevie Boy addition to my comment... if “it” is a Radar then I am not sure it is the ski either... I am on my 3rd pro build and they are wonderful. Fin settings are magic.
