  1. Got it. Makes sense. Thank you @Mastercrafter
  2. @Mastercrafter Thanks for all the help sir! I got the rubber you suggested yesterday. Did you cut off this section like DD did with the MasterCraft ones?
  3. True. The only difference noticed is that the MasterCraft ones are 3.5" in and 4" out. Wonder if that has to do with the flange size on the transom
  4. Has anyone tried these off skidim? MasterCraft ones are on back order. I want to install them on my 2016 ProStar https://skidim.com/3-1-2-turn-down-exhaust-outlet-6-flange/
  5. @DoubleD I am finally doing this mod this year. One more question please. Are the stainless screws on the stock flange self taping or are they through screws with nuts on the back side of the hull.
  6. Not my intention to not support. I just recall seeing some discount for supporting sponsors on this site.
  7. Hey guys. I want to get a second Stokes vest. Any idea if there are any discounted ways to purchase them in our industry?
  8. I like innovation like this. Might have some issues with it collecting weeds, buoy or course lines? The open bar end could grab other things like a life vest, etc..
  9. @wski1831 I ordered mine from my MasterCraft dealer so maybe it wasn't a true kit but recommended parts needed. I think this is the one https://waterskis.com/fuel-pump-filters-for-millenium-fuel-pumps/ Look under frequently bought together
  10. @wski1831 I have done it. Order the filters, gasket, and new screws in a kit from MasterCraft. You need to remove all the lines so you can pull the assembly out of your tank to service the filters. To remove the fuel line get a set of those plastic fuel line disconnect tools at any auto parts store. Something like this https://www.northerntool.com/products/lisle-a-c-fuel-line-disconnect-tool-model-37000-112583?cm_mmc=Google-LIA&utm_source=Google_LIA&utm_medium=Automotive > Automotive Repair Tools > Specialty Tools&utm_campaign=Lisle&utm_content=112583&ogmap=SHP|LIA|GOOG|STND|c|SITEWIDE|||||856744486|42214677983&gad_source=1&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI7Nuk2ajigwMVJg-tBh2OcAobEAQYASABEgKS8vD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds Let me know if you have any more questions
  11. Wow - that guy loves skiing and that boat. Perfect condition
  12. The O'Neil Hyperfreak has been one of my favorites. Love the ease of getting in and out, front zip, mobility for skiing, and the feel of that new neoprene is really nice. Durability has been good and in my experience they will repair their suits if you have issues.
  13. I agree with Jordan and BSBELL and DW I am a heavier skier and for me as I am getting up I stay tucked longer than most to the point that I can feel the tail of the ski on my butt. This technique also helps me with different drivers and some that might just "hit it" This can crush bigger skiers Driver technique is critical for bigger skiers. We need to go slow and progressive on the out. This is counterintuitive. "big guy, go hard" NO!
  14. When asked by my dealer when we are ready for our next new boat I told him "When they offer a heated steering wheel and self driving with inputs via GPS + a Vision system". I love course skiing but I started so late in life and will never go to a tournament. That doesn't mean I don't have goals and aspire to get better. I want to eliminate as many variables possible. My wife is a great driver and always available but most of the times I ski with buddies on the lake. When I train with my wife as a driver I am nervous about running up into my more challenging passes. This solution doesn't solve everything for me but it is exciting to see progress and innovation to address this problem. I am all in and will pay for it integrated from the OEs
  15. @MitchellM Pontoon all the way Deployment solo Removal with a driver
  16. We have to remove ours from the lake daily so we get lots of practice each season. I can deploy it on my own with favorable winds in about 15-20 minutes and we usually use 2 or 3 people to take it out fast. We did it from the ski boat once and never again. So much better with more room and not having to worry about being so careful not to wreck the ski boat.
  17. @swc5150 isn't this the Marker MRR from the 90's snow slalom skis?
  18. This turned out great for me. I was nervous to hit the course out of the gate so I free skied with it and was thinking this is not going to work out. Decided the next day that I needed to get in the course and try it before I make the final call. In the course it was great and I thank Bill for the advice. For those looking for mods Bill has some he will share with you. He sent me some pics of cut/trimmed over wraps to loosen up the binding.

    Old faithfull

That is awesome. A testament to the quality of these boats. I would ski and drive that boat any day. All the creature comforts and performance I paid for on my 2016 didn't increase the fun factor of my skiing.
  20. Love this one. Shared with my ski partner that is always working/thinking about 1% stuff
  21. @Mastercrafter - @dave2ball The only complaint I had about the R-style was that I would wear out that booty so fast and I got sick of buying them. I tried to use an Intuition cut down but not luck. You got me thinking though. Thanks for all the replies - I will try and if it doesn't work out Bill said I can send it back
  22. Hi BOS Team - I switched to the Radar HRT BOA in season 2021 from the Reflex R-style. I liked the Radar system but continue to have issue with the BOA system. On my 21 the lace eyelets pulled out from the outer and inner layers so I ordered a whole new HRT boot this season. Last week I had the laces break on the new boot and called up Bill at Performance Ski and Surf for a more reliable option going forward. He recommended I try Wiley's. Anything I need to know? Concerns, etc. I have a Radar Senate Pro, Reflex Front and get up with both feet in. I should also mention the Radar team stands behind the product and is sending me new laces at no charge.
