  1. There is one in Fl. Ski it again. SIA59264.
  2. 18 was a good ski. Buy it, use the savings on lessons.
  3. I believe the stock prop is indeed a 12.5.x.15.5 4 blade Acme 422. Since your at high altitude a Acme 654 12.5 x 15 or 1868 12.5x14.25 would provide quicker acceleration. You will be spinning some high RPMS with that 1868 though.
  4. With a mild winter in Fl this year we never stopped skiing. March already has had temps in the high eighties so no reason to slow down.
  5. Central Fl Christmas day ride, air 71 water mid 60's. Board shorts 2/1 top.
  6. I was able to ski one at Jack Travers. Did not like the longer line lengths.
  7. Not sure if it’s still going on but picked up some autolite platinums at auto zone and received a $24 rebate.
  8. @tru-jack I have skied the D3 fusion, arc, q45, evo and nrg. Demoing the 2018 vapor now. You will have no issues going to the vapor. I feel they ski the same.
  9. Loved the enthusiasm from your crew on your last video. Good stuff!
  10. @Cnewbert that’s assuming you live in the Orlando area and not visiting.
  11. Contact Chris Parrish. Pretty certain he will come to your site then have your regular driver drive. To make it even sweeter for him round up a couple more skiers.
  12. Rode the 67 inch EVO this morning. I'm working in the 15-32 off range @34.2 mph. My two previous skis were D3, Fusion and Quest 45. Coming from those I felt there would be little adjustment to the EVO. Yep, felt right at home first time out. The EVO feels lighter and felt a little more nervous compared to the others. Cross course speed was very good providing lots of space before the ball. Ran back to back 28's which for me is very good especially on a new ski.Fin was set at factory setting and binding at 29 7/16. Going out tomorrow and if I duplicate this there will be a Fusion and Q45 for sale. haha
  13. Yeah, put a new blade on thing!
  14. Yep time for a new ride. If I’m not mistaken the concept is an eighties ski that has only seen graphics updates since that time. I tried the Omni and feel it would be a good open water ski for you especially at 32 mph. And if you ever get the urge to chase those orange balls it will take you into short line.
  15. When is the next BBB? Summer would be great!
  16. @dave2ball were you at Nautiques swerving weekend in Winter Haven last Saturday? I spoke with someone who skis on Lake Hickory Nut.
  17. @Jaypro was that one of Bennett’s ski school boats?
  18. Was just looking online last night myself. Try crutchfield.com. Lots of options.

Took my last ski ride this morning before pulling out the boat. All buttoned up and waiting.Planning to watch football and when power goes away revisit fin whispering. Stay safe everyone !
  20. @elr ski partner drained fuel tank discovered water. Filled with fresh fuel runs fine. Going to check fuel cap tomorrow.@oldjeep is fuel sender on top of tank?
  21. One of my ski partners 200 sits outside on a lift with a boat cover. Occasionally after a big rainstorm the boat won't run, it pops and sputters. Their normal course of action is to drain the fuel tank and FCC often finding water in the gas. I have noticed the fuel tank vent is one of those circular ones which is open all the way around. Could rainwater be making its way in through the fuel vent even though there is a cover on the boat? Being that the boat is outside and used year round how often should the FCC filter be changed?
