  1. Hi everyone, what would be the best propeller for a Nautique 200 with 6.0 liter engine at 6800 feet above sea level to ski at 36 mph? Has anyone done any other tests? Thanks for your support.
  2. Hi Richard, I think its a little small for me, I would need a 67" or 68" Thanks for your message.
  3. no local shop where I live... so maybe a ski demo trip should be planned?
  4. I have been skiing on a 2017 Radar Pro Build. Which ski would you recommend? Currently running tournament PB - 5 bouys at 32 off 36 mph, practice PB - 6 bouys at 35 off at 36 mph. I weight 182-187 pounds. 5 feet 11 inches tall. I was planning on buying a 67" or a 68" ski Thanks for your help
  5. How about two mirrors? You can watch both sides of the turns and the center of the course for alignment.
  6. Our 200 OB Nautique works better with the blower on at altitude. (7000 feet above sea level).
  7. We changed the relay and everything works well now. It is located behind the panel on the drivers feet. Next to the breaker box. Thank you everyone again for your help.
  8. @jimski Thanks for your comment I think we found the problem. We used @skihacker method and only 6 volts reached the panel. Removed the relay and it’s burned. Thanks everyone for your help we will change relay and let you know the results
  9. The boat work well for 4 weeks... I think corrosion is the issue thank everyone for the comments and help
  10. Is there a way to test the keypad with out a new one. I’m that there might be an electrical issue that could damage the new one. How does the power go from battery to 3 way switch to keypad to engine to starter ?
  11. @BraceMaker sorry I did not understand could you clarify please
  12. @oldjeep Boat did not sink because the boat lift was underneath.... we took all water out and sprayed everything with Wd40. No connections on engine side were underwater the ones we saw ...Only a couple next to accelerator might have been but been below water we unplugged and cleaned no rust there... Sorry for bad grammar
  13. Only the starter water around 5 inch above floor ??‍♂️
  14. The battery is around 6 months old
  15. Thank you everyone for your support. I think I’ll have an interesting weekend testing.... @jimski how does the relay is located so you think you could share a picture. Forgot to mention the boat took a lot of water the other day 4 weeks ago but worked fine the last 3 weeks.
  16. We are currently facing electrical problems with our 2010 200 ZR 6.0 litter. We were able to unlock the keypad, but as soon as we tried to "turn the switch on" before cranking the engine everything turns off. After unlocking we also pressed the horn button, but also the sound fades off and everything shuts off. We tried charging the battery, battery was also tested, but now not even the keypad turns on. We have checked the engine fuses an the breakers under the dash but they look ok. Is it normal that even with the 3 way switch at the off position you can hear a kind of relay on the engine clicking when you connect the battery? When this switch is at the bilge only bilge pumps work. Does any one have any idea of what could be wrong or how to fix this? Our dealer is very far away. Thanks for your help/feedback
  17. I dont know now but long a go Swiss Ski School had the boom. http://swisswaterskiresort.com
  18. Thanks everyone for your info, I think Ill need to try both. I think I’m more than able to turn a big ski, sometimes I over turn...or dig the tip to much.. but for short line I do not know if its better to do a carving turn instead of a smearing turn...and I think a smaller ski might be better for this... I also some times feel fast at the ball but do not know if a smaller ski would help here. Probably I feel fast because I stopped pulling too early... still very confused….
  19. What are the advantages/disadvantages of 68" to 67"?
  20. Same question here, Ive been skiing on a 2013 A3 Syndicate 68" for the last 5 years, before that on a KD 7000 67", but had serveral over the front falls after I returned skiing 6 years ago, a friend recomended a 68" to help this problem. Now I usually run 22/36, 2x 28/36 and 2x 32/36 and have run a couple of times -35/36. Some times when Im not feeling 100% I ski at 34 mph. I weight around 185 lbs, and 6 feet tall. I tried my brother´s 2017 Vapor Pro and it felt very good, but another friend recomended to go back to 67". So 67" or 68"? Thanks for your opinions
  21. Hey has anyone tried any performance chips? Do you think they will work? It says 15% in hp increase? But you know the internet can’t be trusted always....
  22. Money is always a issue... we just changed the boat from a 176 and we would not want to spend a lot more... We would only be pulling slalom at 34-36 so jumping is not a requirement for us... Thanks everyone for your support.
  23. @HighAltitude thanks del your support I live in Puebla, Mexico. So I would need to check the logistics to bring the prop here and then send it back. I’ll send you a direct message. From what I understand I need a prop that could allow the engine reach the top rpm/torq while running in the 36-38 mph speed.... the one I have right now reaches 4800 with out a skier so maybe reving up will help. Anyone with experience in tuning up this engines maybe with 20 or 30 more hp it would reach the speed... Or how complicated is swapping the engine for a 6 liter? Maybe someone need a 343 with low hours (350 hours).... Thanks for your help
  24. The hole shot was ok. We have a very long lake, when you finish the course on one side you could free slalom for a long way 10 or more slalom courses long....on the other side I think I could start 100 feet longer My friend skied at 34 and the boat was turning 4300 rpms -4200 rpms with enough power to correct the pulls, but at 36 no chance 4600 rpms not more... The engine specs says it can reach 5000 rpms so maybe a smaller prop could work? Do you think the 422 could reach the speed and maintain with the slalom pulls? Don’t known the feeling at the wake... I think I’m used to our other boat with a not perfect wake...
  25. Thanks everyone for the feed back. I skied yesterday with the 1598 and I reach 36 but getting into the course it slows down to 35-36. The times were 16.28 secs with only a light driver. The boat was reaching 4650 rpms and could not go above that while skiing.
