  1. That's I did find another HO binding on ski it again. Now how do I know where to put them?
  2. I learned on double boots and just feel more comfortable with them I guess...
  3. Specifically looking at the obrien sector rear binding. ..if that helps
  4. So I have purchased a 2012 HO triumph. Found a HO union front binding. Both on ski it again. Having some trouble finding a rear binding. Can I put an obrien binding on the back? Will it fit? Will it hinder the skis performance? Is it just a bad idea in general? I found one on sale on Overtons. ..
  5. I ended up with a 2012 HO triumph. Found it on ski it again. Arranging payment tomorrow. No one responded to me about the radar. Found a front HO binding, just need to find a rear binding. ..
  6. I did it! I took everyone's advice, I bought a 2012 HO Triumph, never been used. Found it on ski it again. Found a front binding on ski it again as well, just need to find a rear binding...
  7. Also found an HO monza and an HO triumph, I will purchase one of the four, but only one, please help!
  8. Thanks! What about an ho sydicate system 8? (2006) I am shopping around and it's a little overwhelming.....
  9. I think I found a good deal, is it forgiving enough for an intermediate skier or is it out of my league? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
  10. I think I found a radar senate blank (2014) for a decent price. Do I have to stick with radar bindings or are most brands interchangeable?
  11. I guess I should have put more thought into it before letting my nostalgia rule my purchase choice. It does look as if someone has installed more modern HO bindings on the ski, also appears that they did drill new holes to mount the bindings. ... At the risk of angering the people who are giving me such good advice (I do appreciate it very much) do you think that is a sign that it would be easy to install the lace up HO bindings I found for $25 from a friend? I just don't feel like the struggle of putting on those tight bindings, and I really want to ski on the EP for old times sake...
  12. I have not purchased the new bindings yet. Is it a good idea to try to go with the same brand as the old bindings? Or is that not important at all?
  13. I really appreciate all the great feedback from the members here. Looking for info on how easy it is to replace bindings , I did purchase the old ep stilleto but I would like to replace the HO bindings that are on it with newer lace up style. How hard would this be for a novice like myself?
  14. Looking for some information on EP Skis, my brother had an EP Comp purchased in 94 I believe. .. it's what I learned to ski on. I just found an EP Stilleto for sale for about $75. I remember EP Skis being all over overtons in the 90's. I can't seem to find any info on EP Skis? Can anyone give me any information on EP skis. I will most likely be purchasing the stilleto (nostalgia has a lot to do with it) Just hoping to get any information about EP Skis...
  15. I have mostly skied on a ski with a double boot. Tried a ski (older) with just a rear toe plate, my foot felt kind of loose.....it seems like the rear toe plates offer much more support now? What are your thoughts on double boot vs. Rear toe plate?
  16. Thanks, I think I'm pretty sold on Radar. ....
  17. Who can tell me about Radar Skis? They seem to be a newer name, but I hear great things about them. Price point seems good too.....
  18. Is the wing slowing the ski down what helps prevent the slack in the rope, when I transition? I noticed quite a bit more when I went from the ep with a wing to the ho without, what ever happened to ep?
  19. Can someone tell me what the wing helps accomplish? And do I need a ski that has one, the ep comp I used had one, it also had double boots.
  20. Ozski: I was hoping to keep it under $700 including bindings. I will be skiing behind a 4 winns type boat, on lakes, pretty flat water, want to get to the point that I am taking lengths out of the rope on the course. (At this point I have never skied on a course)
  21. I am 30 about 185 (loosing weight) intermediate in skill. Looking to purchase my own ski. My brother has a 94 EP Comp that I used to ski on looking for any advice I can get. His ski had double bindings, and a fin on the fin. ( sorry I don't know the lingo) I skied on an older HO with a rear toe plate and my foot felt really loose. Any advice please. ...want to get better fast!
