  2. It looks like new Radar Pulse has a decent support - harder shell plus removable Intuition liner. Probably harder liner (like from Vapor Carbitex) could make it stiffer?
  3. Correct! If it "rolls" it is simply impossible to ski. It happened that rubber coating on (rental from ski spot) handle detached from alu bar. It was even impossible to start. Normal handle cannot roll due to its construction
  4. Here on the forum there is nice picture from @BraceMaker about physics of start. In words, as I understand it ) - the pivot point of the ski is right under front boot - pressure of water level which is above this point resists getting the ski to the horizontal position and keeps the ski Vertical - pressure of water which is below this pivot point rotates ski in to desired position (minimizing back foot pressure helps this rotation) I try to keep front boot closer to waterline, handle closer to front boot level, knees inside arms and sit on back heel during start. so far everything is going well -
  5. Could anyone advice how to buy reflex plate matching to Vapor boot? Is there a single source to buy both plate and boot or Reflex plate should be purchased separately and adjusted to vapor boot? Thanks!
  6. As a T-Factor user I may say that distance between safe release and unsafe release is very narrow. User must manualy set "safe mode" every time when getting in to the boot keeping in mind many factors, even temperature of the water (from my practice in a cold water T-Factor's rubber is noticeable losing elasticity). Also a period of not using does matter. Etc..
  7. I am not a fan of Goode customer service, but I have to admit that Goode makes amazing skis. Wideride can prolong senior skier performance for number of years.
  8. @Drago Thanks. I do not have privilege to spent time for listening. For me is enough to see their animation of mechanics how brain moves in the skull*. It is so low class and obsolete that makes all further discussions about this device ridiculous. *Brain does not move in the skull because there’s no gap between bone and brain tissue ))
  9. If it would be one time payment - yes If subscription with monthly/yearly renewal - no
  10. Probably old HO EXO with modified front boot ((higher cuff) is an option? Both feet are firmly connected to the ski and still safe enough in nasty fall.
  11. If David Carradine knew about this device he would survive ) Saying seriously - the idea of blood current limitation in such important area of supplying brain with oxygen and other important substances does not seem undisputable.
  12. This is how country GDP grows 🤪
  13. Goode Wideride CC. Looks like I found my ski. Although "handle with care" ski . (very fragile)
  14. Thank you! I'll probably buy ready to use protected one 🙂
  15. I do not see that kind of handle in Radar offer....
  16. Thanks to everyone who replied. Will order both protected handle and shrink wrap for experiments )) Question: HO handle is looking less bulky vs ML, is this correct or just photo effect?
  17. Hello everyone. My new CC Goode ski is hurt by handle from the day one and opposite - ski hurts handle triangle by really cutting filaments. Since I have couple of new handles I'd like to investigate if there is a way to modify conventional handle to protected one? Or if there is no way to do such modification could you please advise options of handles for such situation? Thanks!
  18. This is nearly same situation, except for my height, how I started water skiing on two skis after turned 55 yo. Now chasing buoys at 15off on Denali c85 😉
  19. @lpskier Steering Wheel Spinner helped me during rehab after left shoulder surgery
  20. +1 to the question about Vapor VS Senate. I even would go deeper - Union easily does all 6 at 52 kmh / 16 m and amazingly easy to ride on for heavier skier.
  21. Aligning boot ( LFF ) by inside shims Before: After:
