  1. My daughters are dancers so ive dealt with this problem a few times, plantar fasciitis originates from your calves being strong and overly tight, which over powers the facia causing the pain. Stretch the calves!!
  2. Float and roll by Floe, we have adapted it to work on all makes of lifts. We can float 4 lifts 1/4 mile and set in about 20 min each.
  3. So here's the deal, been looking at setting up a private site for a few buddies on a pothole lake close to home, no luck on finding anything big enough. So I approached a local gravel company and turns out they are scheduled to reclaim a significant amount of their pits very close to where I live and are very much open to the idea of waterskiing, and are willing to do the work!!!! The catch..... We have a horrible amount of theft and vandalism here. Like I mean a gross amount. The owner would like to set this up as somewhat public use be it swimming, paddle board, possible cable tow, rv lots etc. This site would be within walking distance from town. There is significant room/ multiple pits for all this so I'm not concerned with room, but being "public" one would need a full time driver/boat etc.. I'm sure you get my drift. So what is the best way to approach this scenario without scaring the owner off and keep things simple and still fun. I think one could run a private spot and still accommodate the public according to everyone's work sched, still getting some newbies interested be it weekend schools or something. What do you all think?
  4. I realize it's not always ideal, but what about just walking it out? I will usually sacrifice getting "the boys" cold premature to skiing before I will sacrifice my rudder or prop. I actually knicked the prop walking it in one time, put about a 3/16" tiny little mark in it and knocked it out of balance bad. Nothing $200 wouldn't fix.
  5. Worked great for me a couple times, today not even a hint....
  6. I wonder if the Winnipeg tip was a smoke screen being found in cold lake... only 14 ish hours apart. None the less, a few more degenerates out of the public eye.
  7. Glad to hear, good news for the boys at wizard lake. With all of the news and social media someone was still dumb enough to buy one around Edmonton ?? Wow
  8. The orange one was sold, full custom paint job by nautique that will not be available to the customer again from what the guys at wizard were telling me.
  9. I'm going to slalom behind a snowmobile one day, then retire to my igloo for a couple of IPA's... :D Im combining what your swathing @Horton no harm no foul here.
  10. I'm sorry you guys feel this way about Canada..... :D
  11. @cruznski I think it boils down to how far do you go with it and why should you have to?? I stopped in at wizard today and the events that played out were... let's say very thought out and in depth. The thiefs were very respectful with the other boats as no other damages were done as they were moving things around etc, the alarm company dropped the ball..(hmmm shocking) 3 boats are suspected in the Winnipeg area, 1 was spotted heAded west toward the coast. Sounds like a very in depth/extensive investigation is happening, looking at footage from the past week at people who would have been looking at boats, as there was a couple guys looking in the previous week, as well as the security company. The boats won't fit in a sea can either without drastic measures.
  12. +1 on stretching and rest, my wife suffered a severe Achilles injury 9 years ago, surgery, shockwave, therapy, blood platelet injection, she will never fully recover.... as I did some research through all of this, tight calf muscles cause a lot of the Achilles problems as they are way stronger therefore the Achilles is the weak link.
  13. If they were spotted east of Winnipeg, they would have to be shipping off the east coast which would take them 2-3 days from Edmonton, and I would think they wouldn't fit in a container. Not to mention there would have to be some dirty shipping/border types working on this deal also, how the hell would it go unnoticed? Many many layers possible to this deal that's for sure. It would be awesome to have them busted red handed that's for sure. 200k in possession should net a few days in the clink.
  14. What I find crazy is they spent 2 1/2 hours in the yard arranging boats un noticed, unfortunately with our economy and dollar being in the toilet for going on 3 years stuff like this isn't uncommon, petty theft to grand theft. I've had my welding cables cut off my truck so they can strip it and sell the copper, had the emergency breakaway battery stolen from my car trailer out on my farm. Atv's , snowmobiles you name it. Now this may be on a lot larger scale of crime, but then again you never know what someone will do to pay the mortgage so they have a roof over their head for another month either.
  15. Hopefully that link isn't too long, first time I've tried that, anyways it's the news clip reguarding the story with the camera footage. https://goo.gl/8s6w3S
  16. @Horton not my favorite thing either, but the people that own the dealership are great, so I don't mind putting the word out.
  17. 4 G23 Nautiques.... Last spotted heading east of Winnipeg, about 10 hours ago. Keep an ear/eye out for these fantastic people that run this company.
  18. I've been, I'm from small town Alberta. Let's just say it's something that won't soon be forgotten. And it was the year Phil Mikkelson won also an ASU grad. It's a recipe for success and they set attendance records every year. In 2013 on Saturday when I was on the 16th, there was 190,000 people on the course, 35,000 at the after party alone.
  19. I guess this just proves there is still time and hope for me yet.
  20. You could pinch him up by a 1/2 mph or so without him knowing, once he runs 34 again then you can say..... see it's not so bad. I've had a coach do that to me in the past and it worked.
  21. Definitely click bait...
  22. A buddy has a 02 sunsetter lxi, Been shutting down in him lately, no bogg, no sputter, just like you turn the key off. Everything is in excellent repair on the engine, I am assuming it's the kill switch. As soon as he cylcles the key it usually fires back up, the odd time has to crank it a bit. Any suggestions?
  23. There is also a screen where the cold tees off and goes to the water pump on the engine, its a canister type, Had the same issue in my Malibu and that thing was packed full of weeds.
