Way back when, the Concept was a game changer for me. The way it rode deep in the water made running the course “on our public lake” in less than ideal conditions possible for me. Interesting how he mentioned how the GTR smoothes out wake crossings.
Hi Gang,
Anybody try the new 9970 that can offer up some feedback? Had the older version of the Monte Carlo which I loved, should have never sold it. Heard somewhere that the MC was a rip off of the Goode 9900 series, hence the intrigue.
Thanks,
Matt
Have a new Denali on order with the CG Fin and to say the least I'm excited about it. It's so cool to have a couple of bright engineers designing skunk works level equipment and and actually offering it up for sale to us civilians. Thanks @AdamCord !
On thing that you will want to change out is the lanyard kill switch. I bought a 2005 a couple years ago and it would shut down all of a sudden and take a while to fire back up. Through help from the BOS community I learned this model year had problems with these switches deteriorating over time. Switched it out (very inexpensive and easy to do) and the boat has not hiccuped since.

@LakeOneSkier Nope, I love my MC. Just want a new toy for home so I don't have to tote my MC to and from the lake. When we heading down to Farmers City?
