  1. Hey @A_B Deep and short with 7 on the wing would be the way to go, according to Joel Howely. But if you are longer than 28off just go stock to keep the ski nice and calm.
  2. @djycb We are so glad to hear that and know you'll absolutely love it. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions about your new stick. We can link you up with Seth Stisher or Joel Howely :) Also, do you have Facebook and/or Instagram? We'd love to give you a follow.
  3. Here is the link to the Carbon V if you want to see more specs. https://www.connellyskis.com/carbonv.html
  4. @djycb Do you live in the U.S? If so, we'd love to send you a Carbon V to demo (just send us your email address). We think you would love it. It's extra forgiving and stable, but advanced enough to help you excel in the course. There's a whole article about it if you want to check that out as well. https://www.ballofspray.com/home-page/news/2961-accomplish-big-goals-with-less-effort-say-hello-to-the-connelly-carbon-v
  5. Hey @WBLskier. Lot's of great suggestions going on in this forum. We definitely recommend checking out our Carbon V . I'm sure Seth Stisher or Joel Howley will pipe in at some point, but the Carbon V is super forgiving but opens up huge potential to learning and advancing in the course. https://www.connellyskis.com/carbonv.html
  6. @kc Numbers are UP! https://www.connellyskis.com/finspecifications.html
  7. We'll just set this here... https://www.connellyskis.com/finspecifications.html :)
  8. @ToddL If you want to PM us your contact info, we'll forward your info to our VP of engineering (aka mastermind Doug Cannon), and he'll see how he can help you out. Otherwise, we suggest reaching out to Scott Ellis (to whom we can also pass along your info).
  9. @Horton has some good tips on removing size stickers. But John, what if there is no sticker???
  10. @scotchipman What size do you need and where are you located? We don't have a demo program but we'd be happy to connect you to the rep or dealer in your area.
  11. Absolutely :) You can buy it straight from our website as well!
  12. @MS We would be happy to get you set up with a V. Message use your contact info and we'll help you out :)
  13. Hey @ShaunT ! We can absolutely help you with that. Send us your address and we'll get you some new bungee laces.
  14. @Woody74 Awesome! Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need help getting your hands on a ski :)
  15. Hey @Woody74 We are probably a bit biased, but we discussed with Seth Stisher and Joel Howley and they both highly recommend our Carbon V or the V. Check out this article on the Carbon V. It would be a perfect fit for you. Hit us up if you want to get your hands on one. We'd love to help you out! /home-page/news/2961-accomplish-big-goals-with-less-effort-say-hello-to-the-connelly-carbon-v
  16. @Gar What's your contact info? We can get you in touch with someone who can hook you up with a ski (you can pm us your info as well if you'd rather!)
  17. @Gar Where are you located? I'm sure we could help you get one!
  18. @Justin_C We would love for you to try one of our GT's. Unfortunately, we don't have a demo program going on at the moment, but we could possibly get you in touch with a rep if you have one in your area. Where do you live?
  19. @glydon yes, the SP has a women specific layup. That 66" should fit her perfectly!
  20. @TacticalSpeed We're interested to see what's up too! Our people are on the move to get you squared away. @BraceMaker, very uncommon. Thank you for keeping an eye out for our guy here.
  21. Hey @Lobonator! We are obviously a bit biased, but we think the Carbon V would be a really great ski for you to graduate to. Here's why - it's forgiving, maneuverable and responsive. Our own Seth Stisher often says it's the perfect ski for people at max speeds (34 mph) learning to make their way through the course. Check out an article we recently did on all of it's specs /home-page/news/2961-accomplish-big-goals-with-less-effort-say-hello-to-the-connelly-carbon-v You can buy it straight from our website too! https://www.connellyskis.com/store/p31/CARBON_V.html We have a brand new Carbon V with awesome, updated graphics coming out this August, fyi :) Let us know if you have any questions!
  22. @chris_b There have been really slight changes in rocker and flex over the years. For instance in 2018 we added a carbon tow from the heel of the front boot area to the tip of the ski, for a little extra support on really deep turns.
  23. @ShaunT not all Connelly skis are made in the U.S. (only our high-end GT is made in Washington), but Connelly is the only company making compression molded wakeboards, skis and wake-surfers in the U.S.
  24. @Orlando76 We would love for you to demo a GT or Carbon V. What size ski are you looking at? We have a rep in Clermont who can get you whatever you need.
  25. Hey @JeremyJames and @escmanaze! Of course we have to recommend our own Connelly Carbon V. But it's not just because we are biased ;) The Carbon V was actually shaped from the Prophecy, which was heralded from the Connelly GT, so the principles are the same as a high end ski, but it's been crafted for intermediate skiers working their way up speeds and rope lengths (aka perfect for 34 mph) We actually have an article all about the Carbon V. Give it a look and then let us know if you're interested and we can hook you up with one! /home-page/news/2961-accomplish-big-goals-with-less-effort-say-hello-to-the-connelly-carbon-v
