  1. ARrrr~~! and Avast "THE BLACK DOG" ~!!! GET SOME~!
  2. Behind Dads '81 Cobalt testing a ski I made...
  3. @ALPJr you get “it” The G10x chattered Aluminum did not. Titanium was 280 for the plate before machining. Never made it to machining. That was the ultimate goal: testing the titanium. Made a huge difference in skate feel and performance…..ask Apolo Anton Ohno. He gets “it” too….
  4. And I have not called anyone names and or set out to piss anyone off. Like you guys are after. Good luck with that. Sticks and stones…..
  5. No hate just fun. These i did for Fun and I do keep skiing fun not work. That’s precisely why I did these. And they do solve many many issues but if you don’t test them you will never know….. $7500 for 18 plates cut. My cost That was the first round. Sure they would have been cheaper on down the line but again. I ate the programming and tooling fees when i came up with the numbers. These are @ my cost just clearing out all old shop stuff…..
  6. CNC machines are free~! Auto cad programs are free~! Bits for CNC are free~! Programming is free~! De-burr free~! De-burr tools free~! Surface and polish both sides free~! Rubber mat cut glued and machined to bottom free~! Shop rent is free~! Electricity is free.~! Running water and sewer is free~! Plate materials for free~! Time invested in Proto typing materials engineering reengineering re-Proto typing zero hours fell out of my butt A million hrs back and forth with fake engineers at major ski company…….priceless.
  7. Very easy to cant your feet also for those with pronation/supination issues.
  8. Aluminum seems to chatter less in chop water and felt stiffer to skiers.
  9. G10x is only slightly more flexible than the aluminum. Hollow the ski tested identical.
  10. Andy and I were going to put these on his skis. Period. It was all in the works when……….and I have been way to busy with the Olympic Speed Skates to take them to market or “the next step” and look at what you guys are paying for a fins that costs next to nothing to machine. These are “at cost” my friends……
  11. The hollow plates allow the true flex pattern of the ski. The foot is also closer to the ski for better control and feel. Yup they were expensive to make. Major machining. Hopefully the “big dawgs” choke on their own vomit for cheating me and others like me…..
  12. @DW they are well tested. Just a CMA as they were part of an HO project that someone dropped the ball on, now using this design as their own. Waterski companies and some skiers seem crazy to sue or threaten to sue about everything. These are legit.
  13. Being copied by the Big Dawgs as we speak…$375 front $250 rear: .125” 7000 series aircraft aluminum or G10x
  14. @Sethro get a guard. You gotta big head catcher….
  15. Who invited the strippers? Well here they arrrrrrrrr:
  16. Show us your wood. Boats & Skis fins too~!
  17. They were trying to give that place away a few years ago... Sign of the times...
  18. Great boom boat and teaching slalom through 28' is great. Then move them to the big boat.....
  19. Barefoot Sanger OutBoard. Flat as a Pancake~!
  20. https://maherajah.com/collections/decals-poster/products/maherajah-rubber-tip
  21. 20+ OLYMPIC MEDALS on EDGE CONTROL of a 1.1mm blade. I am pretty sure I know what I am doing. I will leave this for folks to ponder. Yup I stole a thread on Ball of Spray. Only thing I stole.....
  22. More ideas for them to steal. Sucks when someone you look up to your whole life turns. No respect at all now~! But, all these boots that you see here. They are in my past. They are designs that are prehistoric in my mind. My engineering has surpassed this stuff by 1,000,000 miles. I don’t even see them in my rearview mirror anymore.....
