  1. C'mon, heater and heated seat??? You said you were Canadian, you should be tougher than that! I will say though, the exchange rate is absolutely killer and has been for years, there are a few boats in Canada but you gotta be on it.
  2. Did Hoglands buy out some private guy in the Seattle area, or somewhere out west? I have a cover that looks very similar to this with the black rubber on the nose and what looks to be the grabbers one the sides. It's an amazing cover, breathable, no fade yet, perfect fit, no sagging or water pooling. It sits outside all summer on my lift and has been for years now.
  3. Ck. out her insta post from New Years Day, She's at the lake first thing cranking it while the rest of the world is in bed hung over! Commitment and dedication from a true champion!
  4. WHOA! My 2 favorite sports, watersking and motorcycle racing, intersecting! Gypsy Tales has had some great interviews, worth checking out.
  5. Such total BS! Here's the deal, ya took my money in exchange for getting my stuff safely to a previously agreed destination. If something goes wrong and you lose or break my stuff, there should be no discussion, you pay or replace. It was your screw up, not mine.
  6. Still driving on the ice roads with 57km winds, not ideal!
  7. I will ad though that when I use my tube, my ski is also in a neo ski sock with fin protector. It fits so why not? Will need it at the lake too. My Reflex boots and plates go in my carry on. I seem to always have lots of room and the tube goes oversize baggage at no extra cost.
  8. Build up those leg muscles, weights, cycle, whatever works for you. I'm LFF, tore my acl in the right and pcl in the left, double Reflex with no issues. I skied moguls like crazy as soon as I could, built up the surrounding muscles best I could. I used braces snow skiing but not water. Compensate for the deficiencies.
  9. The Sport tube must've been beat up too, should be a no brainer for the airline to go good for it? I got a pretty good ding in my tube on one trip but no damage to the contents or ski, I highly recommend the tube!

    Collagen

Worth a try I guess. The stuff I will be trying is a liquid, I wasn't aware of the pill but of course it's available. I try to eat well with lots of fruits, veg and meat but apparently your body produces less as you age so a supplement is helpful. Everyone is different but I hope it will help, I'll report my findings.
  11. It's been recommended to me by my massage therapist, she figures that it will help my beat up body. Any one have any experience with this stuff?
  12. I still have what's left of my vintage Ice Breakers, they were awesome at the time!
  13. Small town Canada, we don't have the big retailers and stores that are available in the U.S. Thanks for the replies and help!
  14. The boat is getting older and oil is harder to find also. What would be a recommended oil for this thing these days? Pro Boss GT40 efi. Thanks!
  15. There was a previous thread on this.
  16. '22 VAPOR Pro Build, white, 66", $800.00CDN, MINT cond. will ship.
  17. DENALI C85, size Small, LFF, 3 sets on it, like new condition. Located in mid Canada but can ship. Contact me if interested and we can discuss.
  18. @thagerEXACTLY!! I was thinking it was for a quick spark plug change. Also "in the boat" are spare gear for others like my old, worn-out gloves, rope and handle, vest. The goggles are crucial, ya never want to get the rope in the prop but it does happen.
  19. We always have a spare impeller and have needed it! Not in the bag but in the boat.
  20. I live on a large public lake that borders Ontario, Manitoba and Minnesota. I am constantly shocked by the numbers of boats driving around with people, mostly young children, sitting in the bow or even with their legs hanging over the front. I can't understand why this is even legal to be moving with people in the bow?? Luckily there have been very few boating accidents overall. As we approach the busiest weekend of the year, August long in Canada, the numbers of unexperienced boaters and subsequent shenanigans will escalate.
  21. Yep, real easy, go see Rini!
  22. Dumping black water??? That’s legal? No wonder there’s water problems, C’MON!!!!
  23. Thanks for all of the input! At this point I don't NEED a new prop but would sure LIKE one but that kinda $$ will buy a lot of gas. If anyone has, or comes across a good used one, please let me know. THANKS again! @RayI called the Quebec angle and they sold it a while ago.
  24. Gee, $260.00 is the right price for a potentially 30 year-old prop but used is always risky, what do you guys think? I'll call them tomorrow and hopefully they speak, or will speak, English.
