  1. @Ipskier I'm not sure what heel cups are or why you need them on a stealth plate. I am in a similar situation whereby the stealth boots are falling apart and I can no longer purchase them. I was hoping powershells or reflex would be easy to retro fit.
  2. @swerveit I feel the same about my Stealths. I can't find another set of 12's anywhere and mine are starting to deteriorate. How difficult would it be to fit powershells to the plate?
  3. Does anyone have video of a 200 Sport @ 34? Heard too many mixed messages about this boat.
  4. Come on people, someone feed me something on this stick. Love my Prophecy and wondering whether there is something better. I thought @Horton would have unboxed one of these by now.
  5. I think that @jipster43‌ may be talking about the rigidity of the plate Stealths and Fogmans are mounted to and if that effects the skis torsional flex design?
  6. I have the same question as @rfa. I have had my back foot come out in an OTF fall and the ski hit the water and stuck on after the first somersault. As I kept tumbling forward my front leg straightened as I went over the front for the second time. Hyper extended to a dislocation. Knee totally blown (second time I have done this, not skiing the first time). I now ski without ACL and PCL so both feet releasing is compulsory for me. Currently using Stealths which have been great but always looking for something safer.
  7. @MattP did they release simultaneously?
  8. Can we get some pictures of the blue ski?
  9. 6'1" & 200, I'm on a 68. Think I'm on the borderline, go 67. I am running Stealth and love em. Took some getting used too after Sidewinders but wouldn't go back.

Wow, this is getting really interesting,
  11. @phillips‌ I have had the same experience as @Lucas‌ . I have had mine for a year now and had some issues with the fit that started the heat moulding thread you mentioned. Since then I have had no issues. I can have my feet out of the bindings before the boat comes back around so getting them off in the water is no issues. They are are not as rigid up high as they look. The carbon shells finish just above the ankle which allows good movement forward and back but side to side is typical of any hard shell. The finish is first class and they still look fine even after the heat moulding process. My front leg is a bit if a mess so I needed a binding that gave me a lot of support and that is safe. The Stealth system just seemed the most logical and Connelly is a reputable brand. Great tech support also as evidence from my previous thread. If you are concerned with the adaptor plate, find some spare cash and get a Prophecy with inserts and you won't need to demo another ski again! Love my ski.
  12. Connelly sent me these instructions after ruling out some other issues. I was sceptical at first but it actually works! Followed the instructions, took the boot out of the oven and by the time I re laced the boot it was cool enough to put my foot in. I did have a thin sock on just as a precaution. The issue that I had was the top of the carbon boot was placing a great deal of pressure just above the ankle on the outside. I use the round end of a screw driver to push this out. I had to heat the boot twice to get the best result but the issue is now gone. @Brewski was on the right path. The cool thing is that by being able to mould the shell to your leg type/shape, you actually reduce the need to cant. Thank you to all thise that posted suggestions. Special mention for Robyn Corl and the Engineers from Connelly who have been most helpful.
