  1. Thanks for the info. It is a 2004 SN. I did have a new radio installed a couple years back so I am inclined to think that is the problem. But why would the dash go dark if I remove that red wire if it is just powering the new radio? Thanks. Tom
  2. So, this has been going on all summer. If I leave the boat sit for over a week, battery is drained. But, the master switch is off. I thought I found the problem but no. There is a black wire from the negative side of the battery that has a fuse in it. Took out the fuse and the amp for the radio did not work. So…not the problem. Battery still drained. There is also a red wire from the battery but when I took the fuse out of that, no dashboard. By the way, the battery is only two years old. When I charge the battery all is good, starts every time unless sitting for multiple days with the MASTER SWITCH OFF. What is going on? Cheers. Tom
  3. My F-150 was jus totaled by a weather event. I Trailer my 2004 SN Limited on a Ramlin trailer a short distance to our lake. The new Broncos are interesting, would one of the more larger Broncos pull the boat OK? Cheers. Tom
  4. Thanks to all. Dex/merc it is.
  5. I apologize for asking a question that has been asked many times. I have a 2004 with the Excalibur engine. I know that the type of transmission fluid that is sold has changed over the years, so what type should I purchase? It is time to change it. Thanks!
  6. Thanks so much. Perfect answers and pix. Cheers. Tom
  7. I just fired up my 2004 SN and noticed a small leak around the Perko Flush pro. It sure would be cheaper to just add a male to male connector. I really only use the Flush Pro once a year. It is handy but a new one is over $100. Saving money this year. Cheers. Tom
  8. Thanks to all. This site is always full of great info.
  9. I need to replace the knock sensor on my 2004 S/N. Every fall I take it out to drain the block and every year I say I need to replace it. It is looking very worn. When I replace it, do I need to make any changes in the computer system? On a side note, this boat has been spectacular. 950 hours and very few issues. I change the oil every 30 hours, impeller every two, and tranny oil every two. Happy skiing from northern Ohio. Thanks, Tom
  10. Just curious. When does Radar offer the 2023 Senate skis? Alloy in particular. Thanks. Tom
  11. Thanks to all. I only tow a short distance to our lake. I have all of the tires at 40 psi. Things should be fine now.
  12. Thanks to all. Great info as always. Cheers.
  13. I have a 2004 S/N on a Ramlin tandem trailer and just had a massive blowout on one of the front tires. Kapow! Even damaged the fender. New tire today and I noticed the guy at the tire store only inflated the tire to 20PSI. The label on the trailer says max of 35PSI. What is the best pressure to inflate? Thanks.
  14. Thanks to all. Yes I do have PP Stargazer Z-Box. I forgot that you can check voltages in PP. Season is over so I guess I will deal with it next spring, however I hate putting it away knowing something is not right. I will check for loose wires first, then maybe a new gauge. Again...Thanks to all. Cheers. Tom
