  1. Leaving the Keys for a cruise up to the Parker Dam.
  2. I bought a portable slalom course and the closest place I can drop it in is 540 miles away.
  3. A small rudder position indicator would be nice for new drivers.
  4. Pro Locks or equivalent gloves seem to help. The difference between skiers using them and not using them during my four day stay was gruesome. Add tape and life is good. It seems to be a bigger issue in warm to hot water.
  5. I love the juxtaposition of that binding against the $80,000 ski boat. If it works, who cares what it looks like. My Vector is way too fluorescent green.
  6. I could almost run around the course on foot this year thanks to rain becoming extinct, so right around zero sets in a slalom course. Probably 20-30 freeskiing sessions, though.
  7. Trunk/sun pad needs to, at least, be an option. Floating in a cove on Powell without one is just ridiculous. Give it the axe on a club boat.
  8. No 200 saddlebags! That's where the cooler goes in my LXi. Hmmm...Yeti-grade sub-floor cooler so 200 saddlebags can be used.
  9. @andjules, I will likely go the Vapor route when my front Vector is done, probably by the end of this season.
  10. In every other board sport, right handed and right foot forward is considered "goofy." That never made sense to me.
  11. Early this season, I went from Vector (tight lower and loose upper) to HRT and the transition has been smooth. A full rear boot seemed pointless the way I was tensioning it. Front is a Vector but I don't see a "What's behind your Vector" thread on the horizon :p
  12. As I understand it, the Katana replaces the Theory, which was one step above the P6 and one step below the Senate. Good to hear it's got a broad range of capabilities. It would make a good ski for guests on the boat who haven't skied in years or want to get up for the first time, although I did just buy a used TX for that very purpose. The TX (Triumph) and Theory were comparable skis.
