Connelly Aspect fin

So i picked up used Aspect over the winter (this is wide ride Connelly V) - i tried it a few weeks ago and it seemed a little reluctant to turn. 

I noticed the fin is really deep,  should I switch this out to an adjustable fin or maybe put some washers under this one - i would say it has at least 1/4" more depth than my other skis.

this ski is designed to be stable. it is a cruiser. You could monkey around with shallower fin but it's kind of like strapping a carbon fiber Wing onto a Prius

All jokes aside, put 6 pennies under the fin.

There’s a thread somewhere on here about a guy who swapped the fin on an aspect and then fell in love with it. I think he used the term “sleeper” in the title when he created the thread.
