Baller Ski_Dad Posted June 14 Baller Share Posted June 14 So i picked up used Aspect over the winter (this is wide ride Connelly V) - i tried it a few weeks ago and it seemed a little reluctant to turn. I noticed the fin is really deep, should I switch this out to an adjustable fin or maybe put some washers under this one - i would say it has at least 1/4" more depth than my other skis. Administrators Horton Posted June 14 Administrators Share Posted June 14 this ski is designed to be stable. it is a cruiser. You could monkey around with shallower fin but it's kind of like strapping a carbon fiber Wing onto a Prius 1 Goode ★ HO Syndicate ★ KD Skis ★ MasterCraft ★ PerfSki Radar ★ Reflex ★ S Lines ★ Stokes ★ Baller Video Coaching System Become a Supporting Member or make a One-time Donation
Baller_ mike_mapple Posted June 17 Baller_ Share Posted June 17 IDK @Horton it looks pretty good to me.... All jokes aside, put 6 pennies under the fin. 2 1 Performance Ski and Surf Mike@perfski.com 👾
Baller FullFlavorPike Posted June 19 Baller Share Posted June 19 There’s a thread somewhere on here about a guy who swapped the fin on an aspect and then fell in love with it. I think he used the term “sleeper” in the title when he created the thread.
