Directory would be a good BOS endeavor.

What’s the single best reason to book a trip to one of the water-ski schools on this list? No great skier has ever developed without the help of a coach. that post was just a 30 sec C&P reply.

give @Horton grief for the void after having ~15 years to compile/maintain an updated USA directory of water-ski schools with a BOS member 1-5 ratings system.

Swiss is great, spent a week there in a rented home with the clan 19 years ago. Kids loved it, Disney/Sea World mixed in, decent instruction, plenty of skiing, first time over novice ramp; good stuff. Ended up buying my first direct drive from Denise and Pierre Grimm in '04, an'03 SN 196 (~550 hrs) with trailer for a great deal; now re-powered, remains my primary tug!
