Baller MichaelWiebe Posted January 21, 2023 Baller Share Posted January 21, 2023 SKI-IT-AGAIN.COM : SEARCH Real Estate The video clip even features Jason McClintock (J-Mac) and Carl Roberge. Enjoy. And please spread the word - it's a great site. 4115 Double Cut Dr, DeLand, FL 32724 – lot 8 Build your dream home in Florida on a beautiful private lake, and be far enough away from some of the typical congested central FLA areas. DeLand is between Orlando and Daytona Beach – it has everything you need to live, and vacation close by. The Reserve at Pine Lake is a small, secluded, and serene gated community. Three homes are currently on this 22ac lake, with a fourth being built in 2023. The lake has eleven 10ac lots, and two slalom courses. It is surrounded by forest, much of which is a state forest. There is also a multi-use trail. We have two homeowners’ ski boats in rotation and are looking to add a third. (Two homeowners ski little.) The lot is serviced with electrical and internet. We have a minimum home size of 3400 sq ft. Choose your own builder, but know that a neighbor and friend is a reputable and very flexible builder. The first video link below details the region, the neighborhood, and the lake itself. The video features both Jason McClintock and Carl Roberge. (The house shown in the video is not for sale.) The second video is a recent ski pass on the lake. We are looking for the right neighbor and future friends to join our close-knit community. https://vimeo.com/198150581 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J8llsacxvX8&list=PLQvwhrWaBTswxBZSEemBUPvusgz4A4U8C&index=81
Baller Broussard Posted January 21, 2023 Baller Share Posted January 21, 2023 (edited) Beautiful property! Still running the greens at 1 and 3 ball? Edited January 21, 2023 by Broussard .
Baller MichaelWiebe Posted January 21, 2023 Author Baller Share Posted January 21, 2023 @Broussard Both courses have the green pre-gates. @scuppers keeps the courses in tiptop shape.
Baller liquid d Posted January 21, 2023 Baller Share Posted January 21, 2023 Ok, you look good on the turns and pulls.....but at the gate, you're not getting wide enough, and you're drifting well back before turning and going for the gate. If you'll stay up and wide on the boat and begin the turn in from that wider point, you'll be at a much earlier line into and out of the bouy. Good luck and Happy Skiing!
Baller Broussard Posted January 21, 2023 Baller Share Posted January 21, 2023 @MichaelWiebeI was referring to the right boat guide being green at 1 ball and 3 ball both directions. Are these to denote the location of magnets for PP classic? Can't remember if those were on the drivers or passengers side of the course. . Baller MichaelWiebe Posted January 21, 2023 Author Baller Share Posted January 21, 2023 @Broussard Yes. Those greens are there. You can see them in the ski pass video link. Not sure for what they are - some kind of timing tool. It’s from before my arrival at this lake. @scuppers will know. The two boats in rotation are ZO ProStars - 2021 and 2014. Thanks. Baller thager Posted April 6, 2023 Baller Share Posted April 6, 2023 The greens at three ball going in both directions go back to the days prior to speed control. Hand timing with a stopwatch was used to verify boat speed. Rarely see them anymore.
