Foster City Lagoon

I have not been there in 20 years. Keep wanting to take the family out there to check it out. Is the lagoon still navigable? Is the Fish Market restaurant still there and can you pull up by boat ? Back then I had to get a permit from some agency to be able to launch. If anyone has info please let me know. I would love to go at least once next season.

It's the San Mateo Marina Lagoon, not Foster City. https://www.cityofsanmateo.org/601/Marina-Lagoon-Beaches. Fish market is still there, but there are plans to tear it down and build a ton of condos/apartment type units. I'm not sure the schedule.
