I have to ask, can these be used on sale / discounted items in the future... essentially doubling the discount?

Hey @Mastercrafter Yes gift cards are able to be used at any time, they are a currency, so for that sale you would have paid 850 and got a gift card for 1000 which you would use when you check out so that it pays for 1000 or how ever much you do.
