The one just listed on ski it again, in Lago Santa Fe, for $549,000 is off-water. Off-water homes do not have waterski rights. There is a lakefront home with ski rights “coming soon” though. The pastured/fenced area for horses is approximately 20 of the 25 acres. Also, if you look at the barn, about 1/3 of it is setup with horse stalls and related elements to support a few horses.
