drewski16
Hey fellas-I am looking into making a move to East Tennessee. I'm interested in a 55+ community that is on a lake. It seems there are a few of them. Anyone have any knowledge of these? Any recommendations? Any info and input are appreciated! Baller eyepeeler Posted June 4, 2022 Baller Share Posted June 4, 2022 In the Chattanooga area there are two private lakes. One is in a more urban setting with no housing on the lake. The other private lake is in a rural area north of Chattanooga with a few houses. Up the road from Chattanooga in Sweetwater is a private lake in a rural setting. There is always public lake skiing on Lake Chickamauga.
Members HMan66
@drewski what part of East Tennessee? There’s a public course on Norris Lake. I live near the lake (Im in Jacksboro) and I need a ski partner!

Members bdave6er
Considering a late July trip to Norris for my 40th bday. I don’t want to trailer a boat that far, so was looking for information on any pay to play opportunities there? Rental or someone operating a club/school that could provide a pass or two? Thanks for any feedback!
Members HMan66
@bdave6erkeep me posted on your trip. I’m 10 minutes from the lake and would be happy to give you a pull.
